I didn’t even notice it came with a cleaner until I had already bought it, so that’s a plus. The cleaner has multiple cleaning functions which is nice. I initially went on Amazon to rate these low as they didn’t fit my AirPods, however after looking closer at the listing I realized I hadn’t taken a part of the previous ear piece off. They then fit perfectly. I noticed some other people had this issue as well and just didn’t look completely at the listing and rated it low. I would have given it 4 stars because they are a bit thinner than the ones that come with the AirPods, but these are super cheap and still work fine so for the price they are totally worth it. ... show more

The earbuds fit just right. The material is slightly different from the original earbuds if you feel them with your hands, but it's not really noticeable once you put them in your ears. The cleaning tool is apt and is perfect for getting the case clean. The small brush is great for lightly brushing the AirPods as well. The replacement pads fit perfectly. Unfortunately, as with the original set Apple supplied, I can only use one of the three sizes supplied. These should be sold by size, not as a set of three different sizes which renders 2/3 of your purchase useless! The best part was the tool supplied which is perfect for cleaning not only the rubber tips, but also the charger (q-tips don’t really work). ... show more

After leaving my noise cancelling headset at home, my husband was a sweetheart and loaned me his AirPods (1st Gen). He warned me that one earbud is "f-d up", but in general, it works great. Upon further inspection, the recharging case was discolored, the rubber tips were falling apart and quite frankly the one that existed was a bit of a biohazard (side note: I need to buy this man Q-Tips). The lack of ear tips made the noise isolating aspect of the AirPods ineffective. Being on airplanes and working around noisy equipment, I knew I had to do something. I purchased above based on the mesh-single mold review and cleaning kit & it's been a lifesaver this trip. I was able to clean out all the... er... wax and whatever else was in the case and the connector points. The retractable micro-cleaning pen is well designed and compact. Based on some of the other reviews, I did use the little disinfecting wipes that I got from the car rental company (thanks, National!) to wrap around the foam stem before cleaning the inside of the case. The scraping side of the cleaning pen is perfect for picking around the speaker/transmitter and the brush made the device look like new. The ear tips actually come in small, medium, and large. I'm tempted to hold onto the smalls because they fit my ear perfectly, and put the medium or large tips on for him (all while being able to swap back/forth in the future). Anyways, TL;DR: worth it. Glad I added this to make the $25 order. I'd buy it again separately. ... show more

Update: Originally rated these as 1 star for not fitting my AirPod pros. User error on my part and not removing the old tips properly. Once I properly and completely removed the old tips, these fit perfectly and compare very well to original. The cleaning tool was also great for getting in those tight spaces. ... show more
