The only problem is the keychain broke off within the first 2 days of owning it (I literally didn't even want the keychain so I don't care personally) other than that 0 gems have fallen off and I consistently use my Airpods. I have had this product for now 2 years and will say with my chest that it is 10000000% worth the money (and the shine hasn't dulled at all unless you get something on it like sauce, paint, gunk, etc.) clean every now and then and should be good as new (also very easy to clean) ... show more

My precious Airpods have traveled the world with me for five years. I’ve refused upgrades, even when the batteries started holding charge for only an hour. My Airpods have been to more countries than most people, have seen me through the Paris Metro, museums in London, malls in Amsterdam, buying overpriced salads in Iceland… They were comfortable Airpods. Reliable Airpods. Despite the decrease in battery time. They’ve helped me though dental drills and long airplane rides, helped me ignore creeps hitting on me and just generally let me listen to stuff I want to hear. I had a rainbow glitter Kate Spade case for the longest time, but after almost five years, the color was most rubbed off, leaving glitter-embedded plastic. Since they’ve seen me through so much, I decided on a sparkly case. This case. By whatever random company. It arrived, and it was so pretty! So it was with a heavy heart that I looked down and saw that that the case had come off of the wrist strap, taking my trusty Airpods to whatever afterlife there is for Airpods. Farewell, Airpods. I may have to replace you now, but I can promise I won’t entrust the new ones to this same case. I regret trusting you to this company, and will chalk it up to a lesson learned. ... show more
