When I bought these storage containers, I was hoping to get sturdy containers with lids that didn't leak, and I think these delivered. Of course, there are trade-offs with everything, and the lids are a little harder to clean because of the extra seal inside the lid that helps them leak less. The glass is obviously heavier than plastic, but it's nice to know that I can safely take the bowls from fridge to microwave without worrying about chemicals leaching into my food. (I don't put the lids in the microwave, even though I think that they're technically microwave safe.) I would buy again. ... show more

I would recommend these for sure! They are a great size. The tops are great. I wanted something that didn't have those plastic tops you had to snap on. They always get warped in the dishwasher. This time I do wash the glass part in the dishwasher, but I hand wash the tops. Just to be safe.
