The media could not be loaded. Lid isn’t tight at ALL, carrier is ok. Cheap material but easy to clean for when it definitely spills because the lid doesn’t fit. The plastic that the lid is made from is thinner than the patience I have for this cheap low quality carrier. Will be returning.

With the heat element and the dish in the bag, the handles of the bag don't meet and make it extremely difficult to manage. AH used to make a spectacular casserole dish with a carry case and this one sucks. Threads coming out along the zipper line out of the box. Would love a refund.
