Super happy with this purchase! I was looking at several similar models items that were 4 times the price but didn’t want to splurge with 4 kids that currently destroy everything. I put all the pieces together by myself in about 2 hours, bonus! The cushions have already been spilled on and it brushes right off. My husband and I are tall, 6’3” and 5’10” so I was concerned about the back cushion height based on other reviews but we both find it very comfortable. Have been looking for a patio set for a while and finally came across this set. The cushions are not thin but very thick, especially the back cushions which makes sitting on them very comfortable. The frames are very sturdy and the whole set was very easy to put together. It came in 5 boxes and the covers were included which is very helpful since I wanted the white ones which can get dirty with rain. Keeping the covers on will also protect the cushions but they did get some rain on them and they are very water resistant and it was easy to wipe them off. This product is ok for the price, but if it were free to return I would. I had to request some parts to be replaced due to scratches on a couple chair pieces. Overall the set looks great, and I like that covers are included. But to me this set is more decorative, would be great for staging a home. The set is somewhat lightweight for me (may be a pro for some, but I worry about durability). Chairs and sofa not comfortable at all. The seat (bottom) cushion is very firm, and the back cushions are too loose - when you lean back you can very much feel the crossbar in your back. I will be adding some padding to the back cushion, for sure. Also, do yourself a favor and spend $10 on a hex drill bit set to assemble the set. The hex screws are low quality, and many were difficult to fit the hex wrench in firmly. You will thank me for warning you that this takes a lot of time with the hex wrench - would be a breeze with a hex drill/screwdriver bit instead. Would not buy again, but also not terribly disappointed for the price. I guess you get what you pay for, but I didn't want to spend $3k. ... show more

After careful review of options I purchased two of the three-seat couches from seller. The first went together easy, no issues with bolts aligning, allen wrenches stripping or other milling concerns. I was excited for the second couch's assembly but step one was as far as I got, it was missing a key piece to hold sections together. I optimistically sent a message to the support email with all the fun details they'd need, and got a "canned" response the following day asking for the same info. I replied with it once more, and waiting for a response. And waited... aaaand waited. Sent a new message with ALL the same info to get the one missing piece and am still waiting for anything back from any of my emails. Three business days in, and they have yet to reply with resolution. I'm disappointed because other reviews touted the responsiveness of customer support. I will give it one star for the joy my cat is taking in prowling around the pieces as it takes up my living room floor waiting forlornly for one bracket that cannot be bought off the shelf from my home improvement warehouse. *sigh* ... show more
