    • Bright for their size
Having seen some similar products in the hardware store, these were a bit smaller than I'd visualized. However, once I'd set them up and night arrived, they were also brighter than I'd expected. Even set at about 12' off the ground, the motion sensor was sensitive enough to detect our dog moving past and lit up just fine. The duration of light after detecting movement is about 30 seconds, as it says on its box. One nice feature is the slip-on mounting bracket which allowed for some imaginative applications to enhance my driveway lighting. A feature they do NOT have is the ability to fully rotate the solar panel. They don't get full sun all day, so we'll see if partial shade still allows a complete charge to remain functional at night. Also, they are completely exposed - not sheltered under some roof eave - so that may factor in as well. I'll post an update later, but for now, I'm pleased with this $30 purchase. ... show more

    • Beautiful 2700K-3000K color temperature light
I’m a snob about my outdoor lighting: it must be LED and it must be warm white. Everything at my house is 2700K color temperature and this motion light is darn close. It says 3000K but next to my 2700K LED bistro lights it looks great. When I bought this it was the only warm white solar motion light I could find... so I was going to buy it no matter what. But it’s actually a pretty good product overall. There’s a huge range of motion on the three pivoting light panels and the light lasts a full night of triggering. I don’t mind the relatively limited trigger range (maybe 15 feet) because I have a small property. Oh, important! The design with a fixed solar panel makes for a super simple installation but it also means it’s unlikely to work well unless you can position the solar panel to capture direct sunlight. So probably not a good buy for north facing walls. ... show more

Needed motion activated light for rear entry and after three weeks so far this light works fine. Slight problem getting mounted on brick but that is not fault of the light. Have had several rain storms so far and no problem yet with any accumulation of water in light as some other reviews stated. Would recommend this light for the price and performance. ... show more
