I have a list of things that I want in a piece of luggage and it can be difficult to check all of these things off my list. This suitcase has the majority of the things that I want in a suitcase. First of all the wheels are wonderful you could do a little Do Si Do in this suitcase would keep up with you. The zippers are smooth and feel like they would not break. I love lots a little pockets because I like to keep everything organized and separated. The side zipper is awesome!! What a great use of space!! It goes from the top to the bottom and would be a perfect place to put airline tickets or passports in a safe and easily accessible place. I also like the front zipper that is running vertically, I feel like this is another great place to put important papers that you don’t want to lose and you need quick access to. The front zipper that is running horizontally would be nice to put liquid items that need to be taken out so that they could be scanned in an airport. I can see how it might tip if you put too much weight in the front because the front sticks out, so you might need to do some weight adjustment when packing. The little pocket at the top would be great for keys or small items such as your cell phone or wallet. I also love the fact that it has a built in name card on the back. A lot of suitcases have these but sometimes they can be hidden a little too well and I worry that they wouldn’t be seen, but that’s not the case with this one. It is obvious that it is there, but it is protected and a part of the back of the suitcase. The inner main compartment is deep which I love because I am a packing cube girl and I prefer to have that deep one sided packing space. I also love the fact that the lid has a wet pocket as well as a large flat pocket. I love that flat pocket because I like to make shadow boxes from our vacations and I am always collecting brochures and show tickets and I need a flat place to put them and this will be perfect. I wish that it had a built-in TSA lock, but that was not a dealbreaker just something that I wish that it had. I also wish that the extending zipper went all the way around. I’m not sure how 3/4 of the zipper is going to extend it that much, but it might tip if it’s extended too much. More color choices would’ve been nice as well. A deep blue would have been what I wanted, but the black is nice. Overall it looks like a solid well designed suitcase. ... show more

I was pleasantly surprised with this suitcase. It’s deep so my running shoes didn’t take up all the room. I like that it has a plastic pocket for shampoo and other products. I was able a lot into this suitcase. Rolls easily and not heavey. I recommend this product.

I needed a new suitcase for an upcoming trip and took a chance on this one. I liked the color (bought the teal blue), the size (25"), and the 10 year limited warranty (I also bought the extra warranty through Amazon to cover everything). I am a chronic overpacker, but am trying to get better about it. This bag was perfect. It was roomy and easy to pack. The built in zippered pouch in the inside for liquids is nice, though if you overload it, it makes your bag front heavy potentially making it fall forward. It rolled smoothly and the fact that it has a handle on the bottom of the bag as well as the side and top, makes it easy to grab off the baggage claim. The telescoping handle was not too jiggly and I didn't feel like it was going to break off, especially because it required very little effort to push or pull the bag while walking. This is a very well designed and maneuverable suitcase. It also has already survived a cruise to Mexico with lots of clothes. However, it has yet to suffer the airline baggage handlers! It came in yesterday and it was just about perfect. Simple, lots of side pockets, compact with good space. I loved the handle, and side handle, and all of the zippers. I finally found the perfect, affordable carry-on. As soon as I had to head out, I zipped it up, headed out the door. When I parked it to open the door and put my shoes on, it immediately tipped forward and fell on the front (Where the zipper for the laptop is located). I know it's a hassle to return, and I'm sure it is for amazon too- so don't bother with it. I've only had it for a few hours at the airport and from giving my passport to tsa, to sitting here waiting for my plane, it's fell 8 times. I have been a carry-on traveler for more decades than I choose to remember but there was always the option of checking the bag if (and only if) I felt like it. These were always the 22" models with the wheels tucked up in the rear. Now I was shopping for a low cost soft side bag for use on major airlines that has spinner type wheels and find that the useful area is pretty much limited to a 20" bag due to the four wheels on the bottom. Am Tourister does a good job with this option here and has added a unique expansion zipper that goes 3/4 of the way around as opposed to the full expansion you might fine elsewhere. It seems to work well. The bag in very light but I question whether or not the durability has suffered. Time will tell but I also like the Am Tourister warranty as opposed to the one year I see on other bags in the lower price category. ... show more
