This 21" piece held up wonderfully through a busy travel itinerary through 5 countries in Europe and back to the US. It endured multiple airports, on and off a luxury motor coach, though hotels, escalators, along cobblestone streets, etc. No issues with zippers, or wheels. It's a great suitcase that has lasted a long time. I travel a lot (all over the world), and I did have to replace the wheels after using for three years. American Tourister sent me a set of complimentary replacement wheels, but they only do this one time. If you have to buy them, they are quite pricey. I could not find replacement wheels anywhere except American Tourister. I bought this suitcase in two sizes, and I love it because it stands out when waiting for my luggage at the airport. I needed a sliding suitcase rather than a pull one, and this is great. Lovely, sturdy. Worked great on our recent flight. One reviewer said it could have more compartments, and I do agree, but not a biggie for me.

My luggage doesn’t match anybody else’s, so I always know which one is mine at the carousel. I get so many compliments. And I got a sailor moon luggage tag that matches perfectly with it. I plan on getting a sailor moon decal to put on her. So worth the money… just so worth!!!! she’s a great size the extra zipper to open her up more for a little extra space is great. Just be careful because it’s easy to overload her and go over the way at the airport. That’s how spacious she is. The inside/in the middle pocket stitching is kinda undoing a bit but that’s my fault because I am pretty rough and pack her pretty tight. She is easy to roll around and the handles are super easy to use and pick up. My son will throw her around some times and she hasn’t cracked yet like others I have gotten in the past. This was a graduation present for our granddaughter in Florida. She hasn’t used it yet but absolutely loved it - it fits her perfectly and says Florida when you see it. Will be easy to pick out of all the other luggage should she ever need to check it.

I bought this to take to Florida and yeah it did well! I brought it as a carry on and I fit pretty good in the small overhead, a weeks worth of clothes and a gallon worth of carry on liquids really filled it to the max. It rolled nice, nice color, and sturdy
