I have bought many plants from this company. Never had a problem until now. They are getting cheap on their product and didn't realize you cannot return for refund. So you are stuck with what you receive. One plant was falling apart and the one was desc6as being 12-14 inches and I received a 8-9 in plant. My friend got a few planes from here and they were beautiful so I thought I’d give it a try! I opened my box and the plan was hanging on by a thread. I watered and added food to see if I can bring it back….. this plan is a lost cause. Such a bummer. Won’t be buying plants online again.
