It was easy to use, lightweight, & truly seemed sturdy during filming. It fit my Nikon DLSR perfectly & the top head screwed into the camera's base of body easily. The carrying case is ok. Definitely not going to last a lifetime as it seems made of noisy nylon, but it arrived in perfect condition & didn't tear upon repacking the trippod after the event. I keep it stored indoors & away from light & heat. I think it will last as long as we're gentle with it. Overall, I'd say this was a truly good budget buy for our purpose. ... show more

Such good quality and the perfect size! the carrying case could be better because the strap is very very short! so its hard to put on your arm and stuff! But other that 10/10 reccomend and you cant beat it for the price! Highly recomend!! Also a very good height for the tripod itself didnt expect it to be so tall because it fold down so small! It isn't the highest of quality youll ever see for a tripod but you definitely great for price! its also as good if you need something quick and easy so its great to have for when youre in a pinch and dont wanna lug a giant tripod! its amazing for the price and the size and it truly holds a good amount of weight!! but the other then the carrying case being a little weird its really nice and its super light weight!! ... show more

    • Solid for a lightweight. HATE the mounting plate.

Pretty solid for a tripod in this class (not heavy duty parts). Adjustments seem solid, decent height, and the head adjustments stay put with little "camera drop" after you tighten them. You don't have to point the camera up 10° to get it to settle where you actually want it. Pleasant surprise. Just a tad too large to toss in a smaller backpack. But I hate (hate hate) the mounting plate. It stays on the camera, so the quick release means you have a wobbly base on your camera that can block the battery door. I like to Velcro my lens cap to the bottom of the camera (great top) but now I can't. I would have returned it because of this and looked for one with the standard screw mount, but I needed it past the 30 days. It's good quality, but that plate will grind my gears every time I use it. ... show more

This stand is easy to use and sturdy. I use it for a large spotting scope and was worried about durability and tipping, but have no issue! High or low it can move to any height. Crank up handle to raise it a bit higher as well. Fits great overall, easy to mount, operate, transport, and store!
