It was easy to set up and perfect for who I purchased it for, however it is a little slow at times. But that is my sole qualm with the product. an older child would get frustrated with how slow it can be.

This item is cool. I love the case it came with. Definitely child proof. It's for my 8 year old daughter. The only tricky thing I have faced with this item is installing an SD card for more storage and putting content onto the device. Like my own movies and such. It makes you go through hoops in order to transfer content from your computer to the device. You have to make sure that the file transfer option is enabled or you wont even see the devices storage devices on your computer. Every time you unplug it, you have to make this selection. I bought a 1TB micro SD card for the tablet(which is overkill) but I wanted to make sure my daughter had room for all her movies and t.v shows. For some reason the content would just stop transferring and I would have to go back into the device settings and change it back to file transfer for the devices SD card to even show up. Even the internal storage was not able to be seen. There are a lot of options to set up parental controls on this device which is very nice. Notifications for downloads and purchases of the like. Thats a good feature to have so that my daughter won't hike my bill up just because she decided to buy some games. Over all this was a good buy and I would recommend buying a SD card for more storage as the internal storage is only 36GB if I believe. You don't even get to use that much of it either. But all in all it runs great. Battery life is legit good and it charges well. Just make sure you use the charger that came with the tablet. Four stars in all. Well worth it in my opinion. Going to be using this device on a lot of upcoming road trips. It works wonders. ... show more

This tablet is awesome. My child had an older version and we upgraded to this one. It holds a charge much better than the previous models. It is durable for younger kids. (She has dropped it a lot and there is no damage at all) it holds so many games and streaming services. The parental controls are great to limit the access and content of what your child can see. We use ours a lot while on trips to keep her entertained with games or tv shows. There is so many educational services that can be downloaded to help kids with any struggling subjects. For what you pay for this tablet, it’s a steal with all the features and long battery life! Highly recommend this tablet for any children between the ages of 2-14.
