Loving this arcade machine! Just the right size It's got all the features I was looking for: - large screen (26 inches) - tilting screen (for 3rd side horizontal games) - track ball (to play Centipede the way it was intended) - high quality 8-way Sanwa joysticks - huge selection of games - jamma-based system (in case I feel like tinkering in the future with another jamma board) - tempered glass (not all cocktail arcades use tempered glass) - and the blue leds are a nice bonus. 2 stools also come with the aracade machine. They adjust very easily, but I might replace them. After sitting on one for a while the first night, it became a little uncomfortable. The tilt screen takes a bit of force to close. I've only done it once so far and it was a little tough to get going. Hopefully it will get easier to close, otherwise the screws holding the hydraulic arms could loosen up over time from stress. I can't recommend this cocktail arcade machine enough. I looked around quite a bit and the features this one offers took it over the top. I knew I would not be satisfied with another cocktail arcade machine with a small screen, low quality joysticks, no track ball, or a mame-based system. This one really offers everything! Fantastic product. Even more fantastic customer service. If you are interested in a vintage arcade machine your search is over. The quality is outstanding. The customer service could not be better. We called a few times for delivery information and were always given accurate information from super friendly people. We were amazed when we had a technical question on Christmas day and it was answered and solved in no time. We have been having a blast with our arcade for 2 months now and it works flawlessly. If I could give the customer service 10 stars, I would. They respond to messages very quickly (which is something you don't find too often on Amazon) and they are clearly focused on the needs and expectations of the customer. We appreciated that very much as we had delivery issues (we live in a remote area) and Mary Ann went above and beyond to help us find solutions. They really do mean "Commercial" with this unit, it is robust and would stand up to serious abuse. The sound and video quality are great. The joysticks, buttons, and trackballs are very high quality and will take you back to your youth playing the old school machines. It came in perfect condition and required no assembly other than putting on the optional leveler feet. Then it was just plug it in and play. On top of that the service from the company was outstanding. Less than 24 hours after ordering this here it was in my living room. Their driver worked late (9pm) to get it to me even after I told him he didn't need to. I live in the same metro area as their warehouse so don't expect this everywhere but the takeaway is that the overall attitude from them is very customer focused. ... show more

I was very excited to get this. It is pretty neat, but I made a point to order one with a trackball. This one said "trackball" in the description and all the photos showed one. When it arrived, all the control panels were different and did not have the trackball. Centipede just isn't the same. Other observations: no manual; no apparent way to adjust the volume; menu is difficult to navigate just because of the number of games. There doesn't seem to be much thought put into organizing and search isn't user friendly. Overall though it is fun to play and from what I see out there better than most other options. ... show more

Got this a few years ago and kept meaning to leave a review. I was showing it off to some friends and it reminded me to write this. From the beginning before buying it the seller was very responsive. After looking at the game list there were a few games that were missing that I wanted. The seller added on the ROMs for the few extra games I wanted. On delivery the folks who delivered it were obviously associated with the company/seller. They set it up in my basement where I wanted it, fired it up to make sure it worked, and explained everything. Some of the buttons to switch games are a bit weird, but I just need to remember to get my label maker out one of these days to label them. Not an issue. A few days later I noticed the screen had a dead pixel and I contacted the seller soon after I got it. The screens were on back order, but eventually I got a new screen shipped to me. I think the seller said they would even send someone out to help replace it iirc. However, it was an easy switch. Overall I’d recommend getting this if you want a super cool addition to a game room or wherever. Buy with confidence. The seller/company is a stand up organization. ... show more

This table is extremely poor quality and broke in several places after the first week. They were going to replace it after service tech couldn’t fix it, but never followed through and now we are stuck with an expensive, broken table in our living room.

I can't say enough about how much fun it is to have this in our home! It's made well, stylish, and tons of fun! It was delivered quickly by truck, it's heavy but easy to move. We've had to redo the flooring in the room it sits in, we were able to glide it across the wood floor easily into another room! We needed customer service to explain the functions of some buttons and they were wonderful too! ... show more
