The thing that I like most about this multivitamin is that it is vegan. It is also a gummy which I love because I cannot really swallow large pills. The flavor is great, and the texture is good as long as you are sure to keep it in a cool dry cabinet.

They do the job. They aren’t too gummy but I will say they are very sweet. I was taking these with a prenatal and I had to stop because they were just too sweet for me to handle. Maybe I’ll return to them post pregnancy. But for now, they will sit on the shelf

I’m very happy with this purchase. I usually get the vita fusion or the solimo brand gummies (I think solimo is also Amazon brand), but man! These taste amazing! Definitely my favorite gummy. I have major debilitating pain with my cycles. Long story short I took this for three months and it greatly reduced my cycle pains to the point of bearable. I’m still able to function almost normal. Price wise, these are amazing. For me, the texture made me want to gag, they are gritty & the flavor is just ok. I highly recommend if sweetness & gritty texture doesn’t bother you. The bite on these is soft, they are not gummy as most other brands are, so you don’t have to chew these up as long. However, these will stick in your teeth, so I recommend either taking prior to bed or first thing when you wake up, before you brush your teeth. ... show more
