The sofa comes in one large box which came with a nice sized hole about 4" x 8", big enough so I could clearly reach inside and could cop a feel on my newly arrived parts. Based on my initial examination, the parts were all visibly ok and the assembly was 5 steps with less than 2 dozen bolts so I was feeling confident. Confidence crushed on step one. For whatever reason, the backside of the seat frame was bowing outward, bowing enough so there was a gap of about half an inch in the middle of the long expanse of the frame. I didn't have any clamps/vises so I had to get some help from my two guns attached to my body in order to squeeze the frame pieces together while my wife was able to hand threaded the first millimeter or two. From there we were able to use the included allen wrench to pull the two frames together but it wasn't as easy as it should be...why? Glad you asked...the included bolts are really cheap. I mean I was able to strip some of these with just the included allen wrench. I've been working out some but am no means "The Mountain". And some of these stripped bolts were just tightening the arms a bit not fixing the bowing frame. Oh yeah, the machined holes don't quite line up with the threads on the other piece of the frame so you'll have to be a little creative and patient with your angles and making sure you don't tighten everything down in the beginning. Cushions are a little "scratchy" and aren't as soft as some other outdoor cushions but maybe that'll help with the durability. The foam inside is pretty plump and feels a little like a mix of the foam you'll get in your first college futon and the foam you'll use to insulate your house...so ok. Overall I still give this 3 stars because it is priced on the low end of the patio furniture and still think it's a decent value. This sofa is currently sitting pretty under a gazebo so it's not going to be exposed to the elements as much and used probably an hour or two a week. If I were going to use a couch more often I would spend a little more upfront or expect to replace the couch cushions in a year or two. ... show more

The chairs themselves are FANTASTIC. They have a slight rocking motion to them, they’re not difficult to move around or shift, & they’re easy to swivel in. They’re very comfortable and have held a lot of weight over the past few months. HUGE WARNING- the instructions to build this are incorrect. I went through other reviews to try and see if we had built it wrong, but no. I saw a video from a reviewer that had the exact same issue as us because they too were building it like the instructions. The seat is on backwards, & the part B must be flipped. This seat would have been very easy to build had the instructions been correct. I messaged the company already about this mistake a few months ago, so I hope they’ve updated the instructions. The 2 pictures with thumbs up is the correct way to build the chair. The 2 metal slats should be flush with each other. Those metal bumps that stick out are meant to deter you from putting it on incorrectly (the instructions tell you to build it over the bumps- incorrect). Awesome chairs & glad we have them. I love this couch however the frame is NOT BLACK. The metal frame is a light gray metal color. All the pictures show it’s black and it’s definitely not. That’s the only reason for the lower rating.

Wanted a simple, inexpensive patio ottoman to go with our high quality patio set. Aside from the metal on the ottoman being more gray than I expected (hoped it would be more black than gray), this ottoman was exactly what I was looking for. Looks nice and has already been used quite a bit, both as an ottoman and for additional seating. I usually put our outdoor pillows up whenever they are not in use and I keep forgetting to put the ottoman pillow away - Yet, it dries nicely and is holding up well. Well-packaged in a sturdy box with foam wrappings at friction points. Lots of zip ties holding the 3 sections together. Easy to assemble with screws and Allen wrench provided. Screws weren't exactly as pictured in the instructions, and no washers included, but no big deal. Certainly enough screws to make sure it holds together! This is bigger than I thought it would be, so it doesn't look dinky next to our current patio chairs, so that's a plus. Cushion cover zips off for cleaning, repair or replacement. Fabric and velcro tabs to secure cushion to metal frame. A little bit more than I wanted to spend, but it was the least expensive footstool out there. At least it goes with our old set nicely and should hold up for years. ... show more

Price was right. Looks great! Sturdy and comfortable. Would have liked the pillows to be a little thicker and would have liked them to have had Velcro so they do not fly away when it’s windy.

There are two legs (part E) that screw underneath the bench One is eleven inches the other is twelve inches This causes the bench not to seat correctly Could you send me a replacement (part E)
