I was looking for exactly this book. It looks neat and the papers are firm. It doesn’t bleed through water colours but it bleeds through sketches. It has enough space for me to draw and write. It also doesn’t talked colour pencils or crayons well. The binding isn’t very stiff and is free to go through papers. Best book for its price! ... show more

Really good quality, super thick paper good for ink and paint. Great compact size. Those plus the fact that its landscape position makes it perfect for my typography class. Would definitely buy again, wish amazon would make more of these in different shapes and sizes. Only thing is it doesnt lay completely flat, which may be a deal breaker for some. At least for the first few pages, maybe towards the middle of the book it would be better. I dont really mind because i can always just prop up the one side on something like my pencil case and the paper will lay flat. ... show more

This sketchbook deserves a five-star! I haven't tried watercolor, but brush pen works perfect. I usually don't use landscape sketchbooks, but I decided to give it a shot with this one. This is an A5, so If I get another landscape, I'll probably get an A6. (Note, hi-tec-c is a little scratchy, bit it works great with fountain pen!) ... show more
