I have tried every puppy pad brand, I think. Every single one would leak through the plastic backing onto my floor. I tried expensive pads that 'guaranteed' they would not leak and held 10 cups of liquid. Right - NOT! I decided to try these, and I am amazed! No leaking!! None! I got the large pads for my 7 month old, 28 lb Pitbull who doesn’t have the best “accuracy” or aim when he goes pee - the large size is great because I can use a few to cover my whole rugs but it’s not too large to where I feel like it’s wasteful to throw it out after one bathroom break - VERY HIGH ABSORBENCY - no leak throughs if my pup aims directly on the white space - Very fast shipping too! Got the 150 pack with free same day shipping and it arrived in a few hours IMPORTANT: these have no adhesive so they don’t stick down, so just be mindful because puppies will eat anything at this stage so I’ve found mine trying to chew the corners a few times. Any product review that says it’s a bad product bc their puppy got sick…..that’s on the owner who wasn’t watching their puppy. In order to make high quality products, they can’t make them edible so it’s not the manufacturer’s fault ... show more

After reading several reviews before purchasing these pee pads I really thought I was not going to like them. But I do. Mind you, they’re not as thick and durable as the expensive ones that I was buying at the pet supply store. The plastic barrier is considerably easier to accidentally rip which I did with the first 2 I used. But once I got the hang of these pee pads, I couldn’t be happier. The price is right. They contain the urine much better than the expensive ones and maybe because less plastic is used, they’re environmentally better. I just received my second order of many more to come. ... show more

These are thinner than the pads I buy at Costco and much thinner than the pads I have received from Chewy. My little Chi-Pom drinks and pees excessively due to medical issues. He is blind, so he doesn't always hit the center of the pad. If he pees even half way between center and the edge, the pad doesn't hold it. If your pup is smaller or doesn't pee gallons, or if this is for kitties, these pads are fine. Otherwise you will need multiple pads to create a bigger target. Sorry to be graphic. These Amazon Basics pee pads are incredible, and I'll be buying them as long as they're available!! They're super huge, super affordable, and such good quality. My roommates cat kept peeing on the carpet despite having 2 litter boxes, but after getting these and putting them out, she pees directly on them. She scratches and rips into them while folding them to try and cover her pee spot, but they're so hardy that it only leaves little marks -- doesn't affect absorbency at all! These have been a total lifesaver. I think they could probably absorb 1-2 usages for large dogs, 2-3 for medium, and 3-4 max for little dogs/cats. Love them <3 ... show more

No more puppy pee on my floors!!! These are leakproof and have worked great as we house train our puppy. It lost one star because of the price. I can get them cheaper at Sam’s. Luckily there was a 25% off coupon on Amazon.

My dogs have been using these pads for almost 2 years. I was using the more expensive ones and tried these. They are perfect. They fit the potty pad holders and are just as good as the the more expensive ones. They are potty trained now but I use in case if emergency or rain. Furbabies don't like the rain. I don't have much experience with potty pads and did not have high expectations, but these work pretty well. I did find that the pee will leak through if left for long hours. If you use these for long periods of time, such as 8-9 hours while you're at work, I suggest doubling them up to make sure nothing leaks through. ... show more
