This works just as well as the name brand and are considerably cheaper. My only concern is the price seems to fluctuate from month to month so I can’t tell if they are a better value than just buying the ones at the local chain store. This is definitely the way to go if the price is right.

Works as well as the name brand. Virtually no taste. Mix into any liquid, hot or cold (unless you're getting tests done, then ask your dr what you can use).

i feel every home needs this - i am not one for using this kind of stuff but after my recent colonoscopy i found this just as good as name brand, dissolves fast, no taste and works with your system vs stimulating you.

    • My cat has been getting this twice a day for almost two years and it has saved his life!!
My 10 year old cat, Phoenix, (a newborn I literally pulled from the ash of my burned home) has terrible issues with constipation. Twice, in a year, I had to take him to the vet to have him manually evacuated because he was impacted with stool. The vet said that the next time 'Might not turn out so well for your boy'. The vet recommended we use ClearLax in conjunction with Benefiber, also twice a day. It has been almost two years since Phoenix had to go through such a horrible ordeal. I am grateful to ClearLax that 'Bubblewrap' (because he's a big, stocky, poofy boy) has remained happy, healthy, free from bowel impaction, and horrible vet trips! Absolutely! The value is there! Yes, it is very easy to use, just measure out 1/2 tsp twice a day into canned cat food. I don't know about the taste, but Phoenix doesn't seem to notice as he just gobbles the powder down with his canned food, which he only gets just enough twice a day to mix his powder into. The rest of the day, he gets his usual prescription Biome high fiber dry food. We started him on Biome a few months ago, and recently we've been able to cut his ClearLax dose from twice a day to just once every few days! Yay, Biome, and yay ClearLax and Benefiber! Now, please be aware that ClearLax (Miralax, and any like product) works by diverting water from the person's or animal's system into their colon to help with bowel passage and keeping bowel soft.
