  • A Yern For Tomorrow, A Yern For A Number 2
Size: 17.9 Ounce (Pack of 1)
I was prepared for the ungodly forces of nature to projectile vomit out of my backside and paint the walls in a distasteful satisfaction. But then no, it didn't, it didn't do anything. I mean at all. I don't know if I'm just Johnathon Blazing it and I'm immune to it's dark magic or what; but this ain't it sis. I get it, it's supposed to work overnight, blehblehbleh...I had a teensy bar of the chocolate laxatives you're supposed to eat before bed and in like 2 hours I had to run. I was running, full sprint, and it worked so fast my bile hadn't even color corrected itself yet. Yeah, that happens. I looked it up. Your bile color corrects itself in the small intestine from green to brown. My small intestine was like, "Ok, I'm ready for that sweet, sweet...oh wait, no, I'm not." As it sends the flood down the rabbit hole like Gandalf's body falling after Balrog. Yeah, how do you like that simile? Never compared the two before, but then again why would anyone. Oh, you want to know the kicker was? It's gritty. It specifically says not gritty and I got an entire mouthful of chocolate milk that felt like I opened up the sand of time and accepted death like it was an old friend. But what actually happened was I didn't die and now have to live with the memory for the rest of my life. Thanks, Amazon's Basic Care. I even blended it, man. Shaken, not stirred. It defies all logic and seems to repel water, and dreams. I figured, hey, it'll help me poop tomorrow morning, but tomorrow never comes. And I know that now, Amazon; It never comes. ... show more

  • Great replacement for brand name
Size: 1.68 Pound (Pack of 1)
The ClearLax is the same as the brand name product I was paying more for. It has an easy open top that has a white inner liner so you know easily how much powder to put in the cap. When added to water, you stir. Then you still see a little bits of the product that hasn’t mixed in yet. Keep stirring another 30-60 seconds and every bit of the product will mix completely in. The ClearLax is tasteless and you wouldn’t know it was there. The best part about this is that it works. It does what it is supposed to. With out additional bloating, pain, gas, urgency, none of it. I have been on almost every single prescription medication due to structural problems in my colon. This is the best for me. I will never be without this product. I feel so much better using this. ... show more

  • It Works.
Size: 1.68 Pound (Pack of 1)
I'm writing this review because the app Fake Spot has a rating of an F. This is not true. Evidently in late 2017 or in early 2018 Amazon has gotten into the private labeling for generic over the counter (OTC) medications. This company is one of the leading manufacturers for OTC medications and prescription topical creams. This product is the generic for Miralax. The product is as tasteless, has no grit, and no aftertaste. You can mix it with any liquid because it does not alter the taste. It does take about 12 hours to work. If you want it to work quickly I've noticed it works quickly to dilute it in hot coffee or tea. This is not habit forming since it does not work on the muscles or nerves of the gut. ... show more

  • Worrisome issue with this product.
Size: 1.68 Pound (Pack of 1)
I have a diagnosed medical condition that is managed perfectly with Polyethylene Glycol 3350. For many years my condition has been in remission because of Polyethylene Glycol 3350. To save money I purchased this product which states it is Polyethylene Glycol 3350. I've been using this product for the past 3 weeks and am no longer in remission. Did I get a bad batch? How can it be that it's advertised as having the same ingredient that was prescribed to me by my doctor and has been working perfectly for years and now 3 weeks into using this product I'm in trouble. I contacted my doctor and he told me to stop using this product and to go back to the other product I'd been using for years. This is troubling. What's in this batch that I received and have been ingesting for 3 weeks. It's certainly not Polyethylene Glycol 3350. It can't be. ... show more

  • It's a cheaper version of Miralax.
Size: 1.68 Pound (Pack of 1)
I usually buy the no-name brand at the local WM store, but it's about a quarter mile from where they keep the groceries in the store, so this was worth it to buy online, and have it delivered. (I also needed to exceed the min purchase to get free S&H on here, so this adds up fast.) $2. more than what I usually pay, but still less than Miralax. This is the exact same stuff, and it's in the exact same bottle, with just a different label, than what I usually buy. As to the contents, I LOVE it. What a help it is. I put it in my morning coffee, and can't even tell it's in there. No taste, no slimy feel, and no sludge at the bottom. It dissolves almost instantly, and it works just as well in cold or hot drinks. My Doctor said it's safe to take every day, because it's not a drug, so there's no need to worry about drug dependency. If you have the problem, this is the solution. No cramps, no sudden urges, it just lets you go - instead of forcing you to go. Dosages are listed, but I use about half their recommended amount most days, and it works fine. If you haven't tried this stuff, do. It's about the only "Miracle" cure I've ever tried that actually did what it said. ... show more

  • Fantastic stool softener, but no peristalsis.
Size: 1.68 Pound (Pack of 1)
I have been leery of trying another laxative because I have gotten so sick and cramped so badly from every other brand I have tried. I have had IBS-C for nearly 50 years and have been a pain patient on opiates for half that time. When another constipation drug was added to the mix I became desperate enough to give them another try. I researched laxatives as thoroughly as I could and found that polyethylene glycol was likely to be my best option. Reading everyone's reviews about this product and those associated with Miralax were especially reassuring-especially those that said they had good results with no cramping. I love this stuff! One dose per day combined with 4 Citrcel caplets give me 2 or 3 copious bowel movements daily, something I haven't experienced in nearly 30 years. I have taken off 1 star because, while it does do everything I have said; it doesn't produce any peristalsis so I have to strain to obtain evacuation and in so doing; I have given myself a nasty hemmoroid, something I fear I will have to get used to. I am bedridden and use it wheelchair whenever I leave the house, so walking sufficiently to induce it naturally is out of the question. Aside from that; I recommend this product highly. ... show more
