I've been making pizzas outdoors on the Weber grill and this peel works really well. With some flour the pizzas come off nicely onto the stone, the metal is the perfect thickness, and it folds for easier storage. Easy to clean too and not too heavy. Really nice design and would recommend.

This is a great pizza peel, its constructed well and works just like its suppose to. I actually received this afternoon, unboxed it washed it and was anxious to use it. This is a nice, foldable pizza peel. It's aluminum, so lightweight to carry. The handle is wood and very sturdy. The size is sufficient for a good large pizza. We did find that the uncooked pizza wanted to stick to it a little bit, but this was when we tried to reposition the pizza on our pizza stone, not with the first putting it in the oven. We like this peel, and will have to learn some tips and tricks as we use it more. ... show more

I've been using this to transfer pizzas to and from a baking steel. It works great, it's thin and strong, and the folding handle works very well; it's easy to store with the handle folded, sturdy and comfortable to use with the handle extended.

I bought a pizza oven and quickly needed to pick one of those metal "peels" to rotate it and take it out. Overall I am pleased. It fits inside of my Big Horn Pizza Oven and it feels sturdy. The best feature by far is the ability to use a thumb screw that connects the metal plate to the wooden handle. This makes it incredibly easy to store -- I just loosen the screw and rotate the handle so that the storage is the size of the plate (without a handle sticking out.) I can't speak for the sturdiness over time -- I've used it twice and washed it each time and it felt like it was going to last. I'm pretty pleased with the purchase -- particularly for the price. ... show more
