I trusted this incubator with 12 very special hatching eggs I purchased. I read a lot of reviews which put it in the favorable. First I could not get it to keep the humidity level. It stayed at 85. The only way to get it down was to crack the lid open. I had to keep towels on it to keep the heat up. During lockdown I had to put an electric heater in the small room that the incubator was in to keep the heat high enough. I ended up having to help the 3 chicks hatch that made it. I know we take chances when buying hatching eggs and having them shipped. I had 11 fertil eggs on day 5. I did not lose chicks not due to shipping or breeder issues. I lost chicks due to this incubator. I returned it. The one I replaced it with hatched five beautiful chicks out of six. ... show more

I dont like how the alarm sensor goes off for the humidity even if its not below the humidity sensor. Other than that this is a good product. I'll begin my hatching soon! I went through the directions and adjusted all the levels for the alarm properly I even reset the incubator back to factory settings to try and avoid the alarming. It stays warm and humid for sure. The incubator has multiple settings and a great size for warming new eggs. Great for use in a classroom, home or chicken friendly environment. Edit... This is the worst incubator I've used. I hate to say it. At first I loved it. But the I realized that you cannot adjust ANYTHING. And this thing beeps for no dang reason. Too much water, not enough water, etc. It just beeps and beeps and BEEPS! yes I have hatched a few batches with this. But the only good thing I can say is that it's large. But I just gonna toss this thing. I suggest you get a smaller one that you can adjust. This thing is great. I've hatched a few batches but this last one of 30 eggs only 6 made it. I realized I had the temp too high. But then I realized I couldn't control the humidity at all. It's at 80% and won't go down unless you crack the lid. ... show more

Only one day of use, but today the power went out for over an hour and the temperature did not drop at all. I bought for my dad and he is happy with it.

    • bringing new life to the farm
We are using this incubator for our 4H kids to hatch baby chicks. They are loving that we can collect eggs from the hen house and place them in the incubator to hatch. It is very easy to use and we are happy with the end results our baby chicks.
