This fountain assembled easily. The only problem I had was the bowl is too light, and the wind knocked it over. I had to build a base of bricks around it to fix this problem. It would be better if the color was not brown.

There is a minor design flaw with the electrical cord cut out on the base that holds the stem for the spout. No matter where or how you place the electrical cord, the pump tubing will be pinched and reduce the flow of the water. Works fine, just less flow. The cut away on the stem base should have been opposite or at least 90 degrees away from the tubing for the water flow up the "faucet". Other than that, it is a nice patio fountain. ... show more

Absolutely love this fountain! The water sounds are so relaxing and if you want it to be a little louder, just leave the little screens out of the baskets. We have it in our garden and love sitting outside with it on. It's super cute and a good size -- not too big; not too small.

I really wanted to like this but for the price I just cannot justify it. I wanted to send it back but there are stipulations as to the return that I did not see when ordering and I do no want to take the chance of returning the product and not receiving the full refund because they chose not to like the condition of the product or I might have to pay a restocking fee, or I might receive no refund at all and have nothing to show for it. Even though I am NOT happy with its functions it is a neat looking fountain. This fountain has very little to no sound so if you are looking for something that has a loud trickle this one is not for you. The hanging cups come with screens that you can use to keep debris out but these screens also decrease the sound of the water. The 38" tier of cups is top heavy so if something bumps it, it will topple over. Poor Design I have had mine for about 3 weeks and it is already showing rust spots. The water line that feeds up the water fountain 38" and connects to the pump is a cluster mess. The pump is way too small to push enough pressure up 38" for a nice flow of water. The electrical cord and water line get in each other's way causing the water line to kink if your not careful when setting it up not to mention the aesthetics of the electrical cord that hangs up and over the rim of the bowl. The electrical cord should feed out through the side of the water bowl and not up and over. Poor Design The bowl Is pretty shallow and holds maybe ½ gallon of water which is not near enough in the southwest heat. As soon as the water siphons up 38" it drains almost ½ of the bowl water. The water evaporates and splashes out very quickly so I have been having to fill it up twice a day and then top it off a third time before going to bed so it will make it throughout the night without burning up the pump. I finally just unplugged it. For the price I absolutely recommend shopping around especially due to their refund policy. I follow all of Amazons Review guidelines for posting reviews and this is my second review for this fountain as my first review was rejected but do not know why. My first review stated the same as this review only I attached pictures in the first review and decided to leave the pictures out of this one to see if it would post. ... show more

I loved this fountain when I ordered it at the beginning of July. The look and peaceful water sounds were fantastic for relaxing in the garden. Fast-forward eight weeks, and the pump motor started making a terrible buzzing noise, like a weed whacker. Their customer service site lists this as a pump failure. It isn’t user-serviceable, so I had to request a new one from them. Two months of use before a total failure is unacceptable in my book, but depending on their response I will happily update my review. It looks and sounds great (when it’s working). EDIT: Customer support was incredibly helpful and sent me out a new pump free of charge. Fountain is working properly and my garden is peaceful once again! ... show more

The fountain itself was beautiful and they were very happy with it, but it’s sad to think you get a brand new item and have to spend more money to get a pump to make it work. ... show more
