This product does not stay cold for more than 15 minutes. Very disappointing and their claim of three hours is ridiculous. I tried several times and it was warm by 15 minutes each time. It had plenty of time in the freezer and came out cold, but it doesn’t stay cold!!! so if you’re looking for therapy or reducing body temperature, this is not the answer. ... show more

If you need to ice your back as I do this is the go to. It is a bit heavy once frozen but easy to use. I don’t strap mine on. I lay on it. It stays cold for the 20 minutes I need. I gave chronic back pain and I use it after exercise for 20 minutes. It does get “frosty” in the freezer even when it is in the enclosed bag. But just on the edges. ... show more

The product is nice and helps keep me cool….but it doesn’t stay cool for very long. If there was something quick-30ish mins-it would be great. My best performance and comfort with it was to have it layered. Undershirt, vest, and then a compression/tight shirt to give best contact to the body.

If giving 0 stars was an option, I would give this 0 stars. This ice vest is advertised to keep you cool in the summer for approximately 2 hours. I put the vest in the freezer, and left it for 4 nights. This morning, I pull it out to use. It lasted maybe 20 minutes. The temperature outside was about 90°, so it wasn't like it was in the 100's. Which, by the way, was what I bought this for. I work outside, and have a hard time with the summer heat where I live. I am probably going to be returning this ice vest because it doesn't work nearly has advertised. Extremely disappointed! A waste of money! ... show more

This is the most amazing thing ever!! It's durable as heck and stays nice and cold for quite awhile. I recommend this product to the fullest! When it's hot or out will save your life. My daughter had to play a character at an event ( you know the big costume suits) and she wore it and got into the costume and it kept her so nice and cool in the heat.
