Nice light weight vest and a great price. It doesn’t stay cold for long. About 2 hours tops. About the only thing that would make it better is if it had clasp buckles. You have to put it on over your head and then tighten it.

The cooling lasts 20-30 min. I own a business that leases a warehouse type building. There is no HVAC (just so you have good info.) The inside temp after 3 pm varies from 83 degrees to in the 90's depending how hot the day gets and if we are on a heat wave run. SO NOT IN DIRECT SUN. The vests cools you down 20-30 min., then there is no point wearing it because it just warms up to your body temp. Then when you take it off you are now wet. It is not a great look for my customer service team, cashiers, or sales. Would not have bought if the description was acurate. Can not recommend, should return. ... show more

I have ms and got this for when I get overheated during the summer. It’s amazing for about 30-45 minutes. For short term it’s really helpful though.

We live in Florida and in the Summer it is brutally hot. If you put this vest on before working outside it keeps you almost cold for a few hours and makes the heat bearable. My wife took mine and wont give it back ..lol. Make sure you freeze it flat as it was easier to get on.
