The Alphacool DDR5 RAM modules have been specially developed to effectively cool the RAM bars of the 5th DDR specification. Installation is easy and compatibility with the existing Alphacool D-RAM water coolers is retained. In order to achieve optimal cooling performance, the RAM modules are securely clamped in the cooler with the enclosed thermal pads. The RAM cooler is suitable for modules populated on one or both sides. The Alphacool Core DDR5-Ram cooler module forms the basis for installing the Alphacool D-Ram water cooler. These are attached to the Core DDR5-Ram module and can thus be actively cooled by water.
