Just installed it and so far so good. Test run was nice. Installation was easy. I've had 3 Costco purchased brondell bidet seats and all of them have burned out within 1 year (of course right after the 1 year warranty expired). I'm going to try a different smaller name brand to see if they are more reliable. This one has a 3 year warranty I think, so that was appealing to me. The first issue with the bidet is not it’s fault, per se, it’s that, having used a BB1000 for many years, I’ve become used to its water pump which provides greater pressure. This one, like many others in its price range, appears to simply rely on the house water pressure, but when it gets narrowed down to a small stream it can be… sub-optimal. The next issue is that the house connection is not universal, and it appears the only way to make it long is another house and a coupling. The last issue is the bulky GFCI connection on the end. What bathroom doesn’t already have GFCI outlets? All my bathrooms have recessed outlets at the toilet to tuck away the plugs, so it meant I had to replace the outlet with a traditional flat face one for this to work (or lop of the end of the cord and put a regular plug on). It isn’t a bad unit, but it has enough unique (but pointless) customizations from virtually all of the other manufacturers that it may make a swap out more difficult than you expect. ... show more

This is a really nice bidet toilet seat. It has all the bells and whistles you might expect if you've owned these before. If you've never owned one, you'll definitely love this one. The things I like a lot are the super easy 15 minute install, the heated seat, endless warm water, and the warm air dryer. The only thing I would have liked to see is a water jet that rotates side to side for a more thorough, complete rinse. Without that, I find I need to move about a bit on the seat during rinse. Be aware that you will need power to your WC, meaning an outlet or extension cord. If you're a bidet aficionado, you may have more to complain about. However, most standard users will find this bidet seat to be an excellent addition to their home. As for me, I definitely recommend this one with a 5* rating. ... show more

I ordered this because I loved our last Alpha ix bidet, but they updated the model and it’s not as good. The stream is not as strong and the seat is more tilted, making you lean forward more. The remote also makes it hard to adjust the position of the water. I returned this and ordered Alpha’s GXR Wave and we like it much better, for a cheaper price! ... show more

Who knew this was a need, after we used it we were in love with the wash. Both my hubby and I suffer from stomach issues and the heated seat, heated water and dry is soothing to a sore hindend. The install was a little more difficult because we had to put in an electrical box, but other than that it was simple. It is a high quality, sturdy seat. There's a lot to clean on it but it's worth it this thing does so much I can't believe we waited this long for a bidet seat. Great value for all it includes. ... show more
