This is a great bed frame. I searched for soo long to find the right style and color. Hours of searching finally led me to this one! I really love the wing back it looks elegant and sophisticated. The assembly wasn’t terrible! I had a friend help me and we did it in about an hour and a half with just a screwdriver. It’s very sturdy but still light and easy to move. I'm picky, shopping for a bed frame was a nightmare. I saw this and the review photos people have shared, and fell in love. Buying a yellow bed frame is a bold move, but people's photos made me feel more comfortable with the decision and how the color would turn out in person. Firstly, I had a slight oversight on my part and shipped it to the wrong address. Customer Support was very helpful in changing the shipping address and being able to correct the mistake that I had made. I'm super grateful for this, because it definitely avoided a headache for me. I also reached out with slight confusion about my package and contents and they were really quick to reach back out ready to help! Seriously, the availability of Customer Support is super important and I can't say enough good things! Listen to what the instructions and other reviewers have said! Wait to tighten everything until the end! You want everything aligned perfectly. The instructions were easy enough to follow, as long as you're ready to sit there and put the time in, like any piece of furniture you're building yourself. Shouldn't take longer than an hour or two. The bed itself is BEAUTIFUL. The bright pop of color is so lovely and really pulls the room together and makes it feel like a happy place. It's sturdy, I feel super comfortable on it and that it can support weight. It's a VERY well made piece of furniture, and such a great price. In short I wanted a bed frame that was sturdy, had a lot of slats and was stylish. This checked all the boxes. Pair it with a 13 inch mattress. No box spring. All set. Alright here is the details. After much deliberation I chose this bed frame. Days of back and forth on if I should just get a more expensive bed frame from a traditional retailer or just get a cheap metal bed frame ect ect. I stumbled upon this one and felt it had the cozy styling I was looking for at a mid range affordable price. I wanted a bed frame that had a lot of slats to support a mattress without a box spring, which this bed frame has. The padding is decent. I am a 24 year old guy with basic knowledge of building kind of budget furniture and Id say this is something anyone can build. With that being said I suggest having a middle aged handy dad with a power drill to come provide some help*insert home depot music here*. I have not experienced any of the issues other people listed in their reviews with pieces popping apart. The side wings are maybe the trickiest part but if you follow the instructions and screw them in properly you wont have an issue. Your next question: what kind of mattress fits it best? I got a 13.5 inch mattress from macys and I found that to be perfect. It brings the top of the mattress over the gap between headboard and platform while leaving plenty of actual headboard space above the mattress. No other box spring or base. Lux Brookton 13.5 plush matress by serta. Ordered from macys and that is very comfortable. I saved money on the bed frame and spent a bit more on the mattress. Would recommend. I hope this helps build confidence in your decision to get this bed frame. Also I chose the dark grey. I will update if anything changes. ... show more

This product is great. It took my boyfriend 1.5 hours to put this together solo. So with two people it could be even less time. It’s super comfortable and study. Doesn’t squeak or feel uncomfortable. We got a king.
