We have been using Allegra for our daughter for many years for year round allergies. For her, it works much better than the other brands of childrens allergy medicine. It is non-drowsy and also doesn't cause the opposite. It costs more than the alternatives. This is because the patents on the liquid childrens Allegra haven't expired yet so there aren't any generics available to help bring the price down. This will change in a couple years when the relevant patents expire. However, if you use it regularly then the 8 ounce bottle is worth it. It would be nice if Amazon made the 8 ounce bottle available with subscribe and save. As of the time I am writing this, it is not. ... show more
