This is ssooo good for many things. Holds braids well with no white flakes. It’s very sticky!! I use it for my edges too and they stay all day. I also use it to sleek my fly away hairs down when I wear a ponytail. (4b natural dang I have a lot of frizz) this product helps get rid of that

This gel really works well, and holds the hair in place. Smell is ok as well. I used it to retwist my locs, and it was amazing. However, I realized that it leaves a white residue in my roots. My son has hair past his shoulders, I braid is hair every two weeks. Well I used this to braid his hair, and it really looked good. However, after about two days the white residue happened. I had to rewet his hair at the roots, and sit him back under the hair dryer. I would have given 5*, but the residue is a problem they need to fix. Also, found out my son has an allergy to what I believe is the tea tree ingredient. So I think you should use a very little at the roots so you don't get the residue. ... show more

This is probably the best product I have used on my child here it doesn't turn white it holds it is perfect I mean this thing is amazing and I really wish you could hear the inflection in my voice I really wish that you can hear me speaking this text this thing right here is amazing I really wish I would have recorded it while I was doing her hair so I moisturized her hair of course I added some castor oil and some castor oil water and a little bit of curl plumping mousse just to like loosen up her curls and then I added that on there let me tell you something The other side I added it on their drive let me tell you something I'm about to buy 10 more days because I don't never want to run out okay My next test is to use it to glue down my glueless wigs and I know that sounds like an oxymoron but I don't even use glue on my wigs when I do glue them down I'm going to use this just to see the hole because the hold is holding on her edges and did I mention there is no white I normally am not one to do a long review I normally just say amazing get it awesome great vibe I love it but this is worth the extra words I promise you you will not regret it and my daughter has curly curly curly curly curly curly curly curly curly thick thick 666 super sick here for a 1-year-old her hair is ridiculously curly ridiculously thick and this hold is amazing I am screaming with happiness I whoever created this I'm giving you the biggest hug right now this is a winner this is a winner. ... show more
