Overall, I love this new chair. I've always wanted to get one, but figured they were just out of my price range. I looked for a long time, and I did so much research (my wife makes fun of how much research I do on big purchases like this). This chair has all the bells and whistles of a much higher quality chair I tested at a large store chain, but for 1/3 the price. I like how hard the back rollers go. Two bits of product feedback: I'm 6'2", and I'm just slightly too tall for the upper back rollers, but it's just barely, barely too short. Second, I wish there was a thigh massager, but I don't really see this feature on pretty much most brands of chairs. But overall, don't think twice if you need a good, feature-rich chair. ... show more

This is a great chair. The quality is nice, operates quietly. Really enjoying all the different massage options. Assembly was very easy. The instructions are towards the back of the user manual. Very comfortable for massage, but not sure I would just sit in it for a long period I'd time. I have still only used the pre-set options and have yet to create custom massage. Amazed at the way the rollers move. Soft or push deeper. Narrow and wider. His or uses all those movement during a massage. I use the full body stretch the most, which supprised me. It uses the air bags to shift your body aroundand is able to massage different parts of the muscle. I'm 6'4" so a little tall for the recommend height. The only part that it affects is the legs. I am able to adjust the chair to better accommodate, but I wish it had an add on leg extension. The heat option is nice as well as being able to put it in the front of your body. The speakers are not amazing but it is nice to have surrounding your head. What I don't like about the chair is that you have to select a massage first before you can turn on the heat or bluetooth or any other adjustments. When the cycle is over it all shuts off. I would prefer that you can set things up before and that it wouldn't be an abrupt end. My workaround is start a massage, adjust settings then pick the massage cycle that I want. If I want to go longer to start another cycle before the other one ends. I don't use the voice commands so no comment there. Overall very pleased with my purchase. ... show more

The A710 was a great Black Friday deal and it was shipped quickly and without incident. While the shipping crate was large, moving the chair inside and assembling was not difficult. However, moving it definitely requires two adults so get the white glove service if that's not an option. Overall and as previously stated, the chair does not disappoint except for the voice commands. That feature will remain off but would be useful during operation as you don't want to remove your arms from the massage area because it feels so good. Another design decision of the chair's operation is that when the massage program completes, the chair doesn't return to home position automatically. That may be so you can keep sleeping. I've not had the chair a month yet, but EVERYONE who tries it raves about the experience. ... show more

I had accepted that in my seventies, my neck and back would simply hurt all the time. But using this massage chair has changed my outlook. Much of my chronic pain came from muscle tightness. This massage chair can be set to zero in on those tight muscles to loosen them. I am standing straighter and free from a lot of pain I had accepted as having to live with.     • Excellent with a few quirks
First off I would like to say that this Machine is amazing and has made a huge difference in my sleep. I have been in pain for years due to some injuries I sustained while in the Marines. With that said, there are a few quirks I wanted to bring to light. 1. The seat seems like it would be better if it were 4 to 6 inches deeper. With my legs extended my calf muscles do not seat correctly. When the rollers for the calves are massaging they barely touch my calves. In order to get them to work properly I need to lay back the chair, fold the leg extension all the way down and increase the air pressure for the legs. 2. Saving settings is confusing because it does not allow you to name the save settings. And you are only permitted to save three settings. Each time I get into the chair I need to adjust settings to get everything into the correct position. 3. Not able to connect the blue tooth prior to starting the massage. Then you need to wait until the arm pressure releases to get the your arm back into position. It would be great to have the option to set everything up and then press "Go". Then to have a 3 to 5 second countdown to get everything into place before the massage starts. 4. When the massage is over the chair does not reset back to the starting position. I need to press on the controller for the chair to set back up and release my legs so I can get out. 5. They don't tell you in the instructions but you have 2 pads for your head. You can flip them back or simply remove them if you want a deeper neck or shoulder massage. You also have a heating pad that you can pull across your chest to get heat to your chest. I had to learn this from watching a You Tube video. 6. Would be nice if there was a video to show all the tricks. ... show more
