My husband suffers from a back injury that he obtained during his service in the Air Force. Every night he has to take medication and me to rub his back, to get any relief. We tried some chairs while visiting the fair, and although they were helpful for his back, it was cost prohibiting for us to purchase one. I found this chair and it had every feature that the ones that we saw at the fair, but cost thousands less, so I took a chance and ordered it. The delivery took less than the estimated time— the chair was very heavy, so you might want to have plenty of muscle power to help place the chair after delivery. Assembly was moderate—if you have a hard time understanding vague instructions, you might want to hire someone, but more than likely you can do it yourself. The chair offers a great variety of settings- although it might take some time to understand different functions. Some people might find the chair a little confining, since your arms and legs will be restrained for most of the programs. It also has a Bluetooth speaker to pipe in soothing music or perhaps an audiobook. The massage rollers might be a little strong for some people, but we found that with small pillows, this solves any issues with that. Like a swimming pool, once others find out you have one, they will stop in for visits. Everyone that has used it claims that they feel better and issues that they has were lessen after a couple of rounds. ... show more

I had my chair for 2 months and it’s been great. I have had an issue with the screen but I was able to contact the company through Amazon and they were able to ship my a new screen within a few days. It’s an easy setup and install. The chair is a very snug fit so please look at the dimensions before ordering luckily I was able to and several of my family members. It has great quality and sound. It isn’t loud at all. The Bluetooth works great even app support. Use a blanket to ease the comfort but the 3 modes they have for intensity is great and comforting. It really gets the knots in my back and joints. I can’t wait to get another. I had my parents sit in it and they went out to buy a chair of their own. ... show more

I recently purchased this massaging chair (3 weeks) and I must say, I am quite impressed with it (Alfine A665-4D-2023). The packaging was secure with wooden slats and the chair itself is quite heavy, requiring two people to bring it inside, you should deal with seller, tell them bring it inside (if needed). Installation was a breeze with only the foot massager, 2 sides and remote plug-in needing to be installed (plug and play). Once ready to use, I was pleasantly surprised by the various massage features, particularly the thai massage (Stretch). The only issue I encountered was with the voice assistant, which would randomly turn on "I'm here!", but it wasn't a deal breaker for me...except a little bit of "scare" hahaha. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and the price. I highly recommend this massaging chair to anyone in need of a little relaxation in their life....Im 6feet and my wife 5feet2...that fit I spent a lot of time researching massage chair, comparing features and was especially worried about the quality when buying on Amazon! After 3 weeks of use, the quality is still very good! I will leave my feedback here if/when there is something bad about quality and service... because I understand many of you will be worried about quality like me before buying! ... show more

I do love this chair!! I am using it EVERY NIGHT for like 2 hours! The first time I used it I thought omg this is going to kill me . I was so tight all over it was pretty painful on my back and butt!! I thought who could use the highest setting! I've not gotten there but I use the medium now! I love the preset programs but also just switching around the manual too. I am 5'7 and about 215lbs. My nephew is like 6'4 and 235, a big boy! He cannot really fit his arms in or fit super comfortable. So I would not suggest this chair for a heavier person or really tall. Also I don't think it's the easiest to get in and out of BUT I still love it! It's pretty easy to use and was pretty easy to assemble! ... show more

After a ton of research, we decided to get this chair for our family. It arrives on a pallet off a box truck, they left the pallet outside and there are 2 boxes. The first box is the foot massager and the 2nd is the chair itself. The chair box was just shy of 32" wide, we had to remove the front door off the hinges to bring it inside. It took 2 men to move the chair box. I put it together myself in about 30 minutes, you just connect the air lines (push on) and a couple of screws in the foot massager. The most time was spent unboxing everything. Once we plugged it in, we fell in love. You'll learn the different auto massages offered and how to create your own massage through the manual options. The only thing I don't care for that much is the foot massager, I have size 11.5 feet and it hurts my heal a bit. Also, anyone over 250 lbs won't be able to get their arms into the arm massager, not really a big deal though. We use this everyday and even our 11 year old daughter loves it. ... show more
