This stuff really works! My whole family burns pretty easily and we have tried a lot of different aloes this one is awesome. I wish you got more for what you pay to be honest the bottle is a little small in my opinion. That being said I will purchase again because the quality is there.

Too broken off, no seal at all, leaked everywhere. Why doesn't Alba put a plastic heat shrink ring seal on their tubes? Also. the tube is flimsy and not made well at all. It works very well, but at their low price they could add another $ and send it in a much stiffer and well topped tube. It came in the Amazon package leaking from the top. It loves to do that. This sloppy old tube won't even stand up, but just leaks and slops all over the bathroom.

I am a cancer patient and get radiation treatments and was advised by my oncologist to use a gentle aloe lotion along with another cream for my burns. I didn't want to use an aloe gel because I thought it might sting but this lotion is so gentle and soothing and has helped my burns tremendously.
