I've been using this browning lotion for many years! If you want a deep, dark tan quickly, buy this lotion. Anytime I'm at the beach it's my favorite lotion. Beware, it does not contain SPF. So you have to first apply a SPF 30 or higher before using the lotion otherwise you could burn. Also be careful, not to get the lotion on your light colored swimsuit, clothes, or towel. My mom began using this lotion in Hawaii. She came home with an incredible tan. Once she told me what she used, I starting using it. This is the best tanning lotion I’ve ever used. I like the smell. I'm a little sad just because I love to tan and I'm naturally fairly pale. I saw great things about this product and it's something my family has used in the past for years. When I tried it for the first few times it worked great! Although, everytime I use it I have some redness, not like a sun burn, almost like irritation. The smell doesn't bother me but everyone around me said I smell terrible so idk. Personally, I used baby oil to compare because baby oil works from me and I found that baby oil works much better unless you're using a thick layer of this product which feels wastful. I have been using the Maui Babe Bronzing lotion for a long time! I love the tan I get from it. I recommend using a dark bathing suit as sometimes it can stain. A lot of people complain about the smell - I've gotten used to it, it doesn't bother me as much. Of course, its not my favorite smell but the tan outweighs the smell for me. I apply sunscreen then add the lotion on top. I have done the lotion first and sunscreen after too. Just like being in any sun, you have to reapply the sunscreen.
