My first self tanner experience. I've only applied it twice so far but have had no streaks. The color develops over the next 4-8 hours and looks very natural. I'm latino and have olive skin that usually browns during the summer. I was chasing a hint of that summer glow at the tail end of a long winter. Consider it achieved! Friends who had not seen me for a week did not comment on the change to my complexion after 1 application, which was the desired effect because I'm very embarrassed about using self tanner. But I just feel more like myself with a sunny glow! Was worried about looking orange or having obvious streaks, I needn't have worried. My skin feels nicely moisturized considering I usually only moisturize my face and sometimes hands. Does not dry sticky but does feel a tiny bit oily, will try applying more lightly in the future. Seems like a good quantity for the money. Strongly scented products give me headaches but this has not had that effect, just a slight nose tickle. color is really good and less of a gradual tanner but more of a clear guide color tanner. i’d suggest waiting till your out of the shower and mostly dried off, making sure u aren’t dripping at all bc i ended up with streaks on my legs but a user error bc i was legit still wet. so don’t apply on wet skin but more damp! ... show more

Oh wow! Love this! I bought this in March to start my golden skin look for the summer. I bought it because its for applying to wet skin. I’m very much into time management so I thought this was brilliant. So, I took a shower, washed all over, exfoliated my skin, shaved then applied. It’s so light and smells really good! I applied all over, did not rinse, then lightly towel dried, then stood in front of my fan, front and back! Dried so nicely. Was able to dress and go on with my day! I love this lotion. As a former tanning bed person, this tans your skin gradually but evenly if applied correctly. Doesn't stain anything and you can use it as often as you like. It leaves your skin soft and doesn't dry it out.

Firstly, the smell is amazing. Some self tanners can practically be used as a weapon to ward off intruders.... LOL.....but this is very pleasant!! It glides on nicely and makes my skin glow within hours. And the very tiny bit I have leftover in my hands, I apply to my wet face. But just a wee bit. I like the results. I really love this stuff. I used to be an avid sun worshiper. stopped because he started getting concerned about what was doing in my skin and I have a bit of sun damage from all the laying out I did on my chest and shoulders, and I wanted to find a sunless tanning crane that looked really natural that could kind of blend away the sun damage, and maybe spot touch a little on my face if I wanted some color on my cheeks, my nose, my forehead, to make it sort of look like I was in the sun without continuing to lay in it and I love this because as soon as you get out of the shower I just pat dry a little bit and then apply this just one coat. TIP make sure when you get down to your knees and calves that you apply kind of in like circular or back-and-forth motions as well as up-and-down because that’s the only place when you really apply self tanner that it can tend to get streaky, but if you do kind of circular, massaging back-and-forth, up-and-down, round and round motions on the knees and calves down to the feet area, then it blends nicely for my face. I just kind of put it on my fingertips and go cheeks, temples up above eyebrows, and a little bit right in the middle of my eyelid where I would put eyeshadow and touch on the bridge of my nose and it really gives you a Sunkiss look last for probably two weeks and when it fades it just fades delicately you don’t have this blotchy fake fade. Also. It doesn’t look like that silly orange I go medium light in this and it looks really natural and if you want to go slightly darker, you can add another coat but I don’t think it’s necessary because it just brings your natural skin color down about two shades, and smooth out the skin, I put it on in the morning after a shower. I leave it on for probably four or five hours and then I rinse it off. Have to get out of the shower if you put on your clothes it won’t stain at all.
