Comes in 8 boxes but the most overwhelming part of putting this together is what to do With the containers afterwards. Very very easy, but set aside 4 hours and grab a beer and a friend.     • Good set for the money - cocktail table is a problem
I ordered the 7 piece set and all three boxes came in one delivery in 3 days. All pieces were well packed and well protected. Went together easily, excellent instructions, all parts clearly and accurately labeled. don't rush the assembly, tighten all screws by hand, do not overtighten, and look carefully at the illustrations - they show you everything you need to know including the correct orientation of the pieces for assembly and the correct screw size to use for each step. The seat cushions are comfortable - back cushions could be a little thicker but they're fine. I took off a star because the coffee table is not well designed. When assembled it is off square and does not safely accommodate the glass top. In trying to fit the glass top to the frame, the glass top chipped. On the other hand, the seller was immediately responsive and shipped a new glass top. Excellent customer support. Tip for assembling coffee table: assemble fully leaving all screws very loose, set glass top in place, have someone hold glass top in place while on its side, and tighten screws with glass top in place. ... show more

My husband & I ordered this 7 piece modular set because the reviews & posted dimensions indicated that it was not low like a lot of similar sets. We even convinced my mother to order this to put on her newly enclosed patio. We haven't put ours together yet because the intended space isn't quite ready. But I did put my mother's set together and I'm more than pleased, as is my mother. The seat cushions are about 3 1/2 inches tall and firm enough to hold your weight comfortably. She ordered the red and the color is vibrant. We also chose this set because it has legs which give it an additional 2 1/2 inches of height. The height of the seat itself is 12 inches from seat top to bottom. This works beautifully for my 82 year old mom. She can both sit and get up from this sectional without assistance. Putting it together was more tedious than hard. Like most things that you have to assemble the directions are a little vague but if you've assembled anything before you can figure it out with a little patience and no expectation that you're going to do this quickly. I set a plan to put together 2 pieces and then come back to the rest. This worked really well so that I had everything figured out and put together the other 5 pieces the next day. The furniture is sturdy and the quality is excellent for the price we paid. The plan is to contact the seller to try and see if we can order another single end/corner piece. But even if we can't we're still exceptionally pleased with this set. Would definitely recommend & buy again! ... show more

This set was easy to put together with all the threads and openings lined up properly. This specific set (8 piece set, including gas fire pit) comes in 5 boxes, Box A, B, C, fire pit body, and glass surround for fire pit. They all ship separately but Amazon will only give one “shipped notice”. After reading the questions and answer section, I messaged the seller to ask how many boxes exactly this would be arriving in. Not only did they thoroughly answer my question quickly, but they included all separate tracking numbers and their statuses and the company that I will be using for shipment. They instructed me to follow up with them if I was still wondering anything about the shipment in the future. I was then able to plug all the tracking numbers into the tracking companies website and be aware of one each box would show up. The boxes showed up over the course of a five day span. Be aware that this will be an issue anytime you order this set. There were absolutely no pieces missing and I had no issue at all opening the boxes and putting the pieces together quickly. The quality is a very nice color and definitely is representative of the stock photo on Amazon. I also liked that the base pieces are extremely light and easy to move around to see which arrangement you would like best. The cushions all seem like a very dense foam, and I think they will last a while! Overall, we are very pleased with this set and would purchase again. ... show more

Only picture I have currently as we're waiting for the gazebo to go up to place these outside. Arrived in several packages a day or so apart so be patient (boxes A, B, and C). The assembly wasn't too difficult at all, but easier with small hands and fingers. I was able to hide the back pillow strings by feeding them through the first layer of the rattan in the back rest and tying them from inside the small space.
