I got a sample of this in one of the Whole Foods beauty sample bags and after I figured out the best way to use it it's become a staple in my routine. I can't use it daily because it's too drying for my hair (though my scalp loves it) but using it once or twice a week really helps with the scalp irritation I experience in the dry winter. 1 tip I'd give is to make sure you really, really emulsify it in your hands before you apply to your hair. It's very thick and goopy so if you don't emulsify it's hard to spread it around and get it into your scalp, but once you emulsify it's great. You do have to use a lot of product but it's a great price point so I'm not complaining. My bottle is finally running out and I've decided to try the coordinating conditioner this time as well.
