Power connector was backwards compared to the product I was putting this into. I don't know whether the toy was wired backwards or the battery was. Had to clip the connector off and resolder the wires back together in reverse.

I bought this battery to replace the OG in a dying smartwatch. This battery is slightly too long to fit in the housing of the smartwatch. Nevertheless, it performs as advertised: It discharges nominally at 3.7 volts, it charges just fine at 5 volts from a low-amperage USB source. It is, indeed, 5 by 20 by 30mm. The only matter of significance is the JST connector polarity: if you plan on using this battery with a hobbyist microcontroller charger (arduino charging circuit, adafruit li-po charger, etc), you will need to reverse the polarity (pry open the JST, switch the black and red wires). ordered for my hard wired dash cam so that it powers off correctly. low battery usage, but it last 3 years. i replaced it before it fully died after 36 months. just ordered my second one.

    • Repair to $50 wireless headphones
Simple two wire replacement of battery to some wireless headphones. I did have to snip off the plug and solder it. Had some heat shrink I bought from harbor freight over the connection. Battery is performing like a champ.

Replaced the bad battery in my Vantrue dashcam. Snipped off the connector stripped and soldered the wires to the PCB and applied double faced adhesive to mount. Has been running everyday for a month wit zero issues. $6 fix to restore an otherwise working NG $100 dashcam.

    • Separate charge and drain leads, perfect operation.
Came charged 50 percent, charge management works absolutely perfect. I would recommend this battery/manager to anyone looking to replace primary cells in the 3-6 volt range.
