I used it off a extension , tried to adjust to spray a. Angle, but got soaked in stain , didnt use wrench, and never tried adjusting it again

    • Sometimes cheaper stuff is worth the money
I bought this paint gun for a specific job - paid about $35 for it with multiple nozzles. I figured if it worked once it paid for itself. I have a Graco gun which worked great the first time and has leaked ever since - I paid about $115 for that gun. Parts for that gun cost more than this gun's whole kit. This gun worked as well as the Graco did the first time I used it. I have since cleaned it and will use it again in the future. I will also buy a spare in case it leaks on second use so I can toss it and use the new one for that next job. I don't have the time or patience to deal with fixing stuff (and cleaning up the latex paint mess that creates) that doesn't work - at the price of this gun I don't have to. ... show more

Started buying these little cheap swivels about a year ago. Let me tell you, they aren’t bad at all. They’ll get you about 4 or 5 big spray jobs and then it’s probably time to trash em, but at 12 bucks a pop that’s pretty good. Bought a Graco 180 swivel from Ace for $130 and the damn thing didn’t even get me through 1 job before it started leaking. So if we’re talking bang for your buck, these swivels are the bees knees. ... show more

I do a lot of spraying and this swivel has worked out great especially for doing fences It performs as well as the name brand ones costing 3 times As much. Unlike some other reviews, I haven’t experienced any leaks. However, I suspect the “leak” issue mentioned by others might actually be related to occasional spitting, which is common with this type of attachment. I've already done 3 stucco houses using this and had nothing but a positive experience.
