    • Easy replacement for Air Scrubber
One thing to callout is in the images, it says "4.93" inches. That is incorrect and misleading. This product is more like 9" which is inline with the one I was replacing. I did not notice that until after I ordered it. But when it arrived, it was 9" and looked almost exactly like the original bulb I was replacing. Purchased this replacement cell in May and when I went to change my air filter I realized that it had burnt out already. That means that it lasted only approximately six months or so. Therefore, I couldn’t in good conscience recommend this item.

Works great so far. Super easy install. HVAC company wanted $300+ to replace the bulb. I got this whole lamp unit for $75. I have the Aerus Air Scrubber A1013P, fit great.

I replaced the cell/bulb in my air scrubber with this one & it fit just right. It's convenient not having to take the bulb out of the packaging since this item comes ready to install. Everything seems to be okay but I don't know how long it will last. My previous cell/bulb lasted for 4 years so I'm hoping similar results with this one. Time will tell... HVAC tech quote was $400 to replace this so I did it myself! (:-) ... show more

    • Save a Hundred or so Bucks
HVAC techs were charging me $250-$350 to install their "proprietary" bulbs. These work just as well, and shockingly, my last one lasted a full year longer than the official ones. Watch a quick youtube video to learn how to install yourself (if you can unscrew things, then screw them back in, you can do it.) ... show more
