If you want to go the compressor route, this is the way to go. It's worth it to spend the extra money to get the easy system all in one. I first bought the Firestone air compressor kit and the Firestone air ride airbags. Terrible mistake buying their compressor. You will not be able to get customer service. I packaged it up and send it back to air ride after 2 weeks of not getting any return phone calls or customer service. Frustrated as all hell returned. It. Ordered. The air lift system came in the next day installed couple of days later called for customer service which they have. 13 representatives to help you waited online for maybe 15 minutes max and walk me right through everything I needed to know. I can’t believe I waisted my time and money buying a cheap brand of air bags. I spent more time removing the old set than I did installing the new 7500 lb bags. The ease of having a remote and an app on my phone makes a world of difference. I’ve yet to haul with them, but I seriously can’t wait to do so. Buy a fuse tap kit when you get this, it simplified the install a bunch, e-trailer has a great install video.

    • Must Have for AirLift Airbags...
I tow a 31' travel trailer (6038 UVW), and I also pick up a 1 ton pallet of wood pellets in the bed of my truck. Having the AirLift 88299 LoadLifter 5000 series airbags installed on my truck makes leveling my truck simple. And if you are going to install the airbags, I also highly recommend installing the AirLift 25980EZ compressor which makes airing up and airing down the airbags as simple as it gets. Installation of the compressor is pretty straight forward, just follow the included instructions or watch the video AirLift has on their website. There really is no need to have it professionally installed, if you can change your own oil and are familiar with some hand tools then you can install this compressor. (Please keep in mind that airbags do not allow you to carry more weight in your truck bed or tow more than what your vehicle manufacturer recommends, they are just a tool to help you level your truck when you have heavier loads on). The only complaint I have is that AirLift states that this EZ mount air compressor can be mounted on the frame rails of my 2020 Toyota Tundra, but there is no way that it fits on the frame rail as there is not enough room between the body and the frame rail to mount it; there is only approximately 3.6 inches in-between the body and frame. After contacting AirLift customer service I ended up mounting it to the front wall of my truck bed and routing the wiring cables and air hose through the bed drain plugs on the front bed wall. At least now the compressor is somewhat protected from the elements under my tonneau cover. The best part of the compressor and airbags is no more sagging bed when towing or hauling. ... show more

Air Lift has excellent customer service. Recently we had an issue with the manifold during our vacation travels. We submitted a claim, discussed the issue with a customer service representative and the very next day we had a replacement part delivered to us.

The compressor is very slow. The communication with the Android app is almost impossible and very unstable. The remote control works well.

Mounted it on a farm truck with hydraulic bed. Mounted on side with the hydraulics in the tool box can't hear it see it and it's out of the weather. Perfect

I say seamless because now that this is installed with my air bags it’s just too easy to control. No need to make sure the bags are at 5psi anymore as the compressor does it for you. Very easy to use and easy to install as well.
