Three were getting too much air and two were getting too little air flow to stay comfortable. Using the ANNMETER Pro HVAC Anemometer we were able to make adjustments that achieved an increase in air flow of over 30% to the two rooms that were deficient . Now all rooms are more comfortable. I ordered this meter to try to balance my heating system in my house. The first meter I received lasted about 2 minutes. It worked fine on the first outlet, but by the time I tried it on the second, the fan became noisy and started seizing up. I asked for a replacement from Amazon. It came in two days. Unfortunately, with the second meter, I could not open the battery cover to install the battery. Others noted this same issue. I attached the fan wand on the first meter and tried it on an outlet. It was noisy and seized up just like the first. I'm returning both meters. Not a quality product. I do not recommend this meter. ... show more

I like that it can do the math and covert flow rate to volume rate. I wish that the sensor had more blades to be able to take readings at lower flow rates. I was trying to balance a furnace that has its blower running on low. I can read the exhaust registers but I cannot get readings from the intake registers. ... show more
