These storage containers are exactly what was needed! The glass is very thick and sturdy. I dropped one while washing and it bounced off the counter without issue. The lids are thick and pliable, fitting tightly so to be airtight. 20 pieces are included; 2 each of the 4 different sized bowls along with lids for all 8 and an additional 4 lids (1 of each size) should you ever require an extra. I was skeptical at first, as these were not one of the big brand names with which I was familiar. Don't let that stop you! These are not cheap knockoffs! The media could not be loaded. The lids in all sizes and colors split. Do NOT purchase from this seller. They are unwilling to accommodate or stand behind their product. They offered a $10 refund for a product 4 times the price (but obviously not the value). They said they can’t replace the lids. Lids started cracking within 30 days but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and the lids just continued to crack. I wouldn’t even accept a replacement from this seller at this point. These bowls are just what I was looking for. Some sets have too many really small bowls and I like the sets with bigger bowls. The extra set of lids is a great idea. I don’t want to use the plastic bowl sets anymore. Sometimes the lids crack and then I’m forced to buy more plastic wrap to seal them. Oven safe , bpa and lead free.     • Lids ripped after several uses.
I was happy with the bowls when I first got them but after using the lids a couple of times they tore. Disappointing & of course the return window has passed. I also didn’t realize they need to be washed by hand to keep them from becoming cloudy.

I've only had this set for a little over a month and they haven't been used in the freezer. Always wash lids by hand and sadly the lids are cracking. I read other reviews saying they'd gotten two sets of lids but mine only came with one. The glass containers are useless without the lids. The return window closed a few weeks ago. I have used Pyrex Storage Plus for decades and at first I thought these were the ssame thing but a different brand. They are not exactly like the old style Storage Plus made by Corning. They me comparable to the newer Pyrex Storage products. The price was a great deal in my opinion. One thing that you need to be aware of though is that the covers are *not* dishwasher or microwave safe. I didn't realize this when I bought them. I don't have any problem handwashing the lids and I just use a dedicated cover for microwaving. But if you like to use the storage cover in the microwave, or if you don't like washing plastic lids by hand, then you might want to spring for another product. ... show more
