At first reading the reviews I was a bit skeptical about the comfort of these chairs. I chose them because I like the fact it could fold out for guest or just a mid day nap after eating a large lunch. I added some wheels so that I may move it around in my shop and for easy cleaning underneath. The only issue I have is the blocks that stop the foot rest from coming all the way out should be a little wider or longer. Other than that it is a simple build and (it's not a Serta mattress but) fairly comfortable chair for a great price! Chair was pretty easy to assemble (maybe 20 minutes), didn't need special tools. The seat cushion is very very firm. The arms are a bit on the low side, so you can't really sink into the chair and get comfortable. I bought it so we had an extra place for kids to sleep when they came into town, so it suits that purpose. I wouldn't recommend as a regular chair only due to the lack of softness, but when it pulls out into a bed, it's very convenient. The chair was not wrapped with anything, and the fabric looks a little dirty possibly from being handled before/during shipping but the fabric seems sturdy and could be cleaned easily. I like the footrest that tucks into the chair. Makes it easier to fit into my small space. The wheels on the bottom of the chair are convenient when I need to move it from one room to the next. Overall happy with it but I don't plan on keeping it as a regular chair in my living room, which would have been super convenient. ... show more

Not the softest and I would not suggest for regular sleeping like a bed. But for a quick guest ( kid sized) it was just perfect. I needed it for my when my daughter has a friend over. It sits in corner like a regular chair otherwise.

Chairs are like sitting on almost dried cement and much smaller than I realized. Small person barely fits lengthwise. Return policy is what you could expect when they don’t want it back…everything has to be in the “original” packaging, placement, unassembled and pictures sent. I bought this for sleeping on every night and the reviews that I read led me to believe it would be comfortable. However, it turns out it isn't and has very little padding. It may be ok for a child or someone who is under 120 lbs maybe. I even tried adding padding but it still didn't help. Other than that it is a sturdy chair that is good for sitting, has convenient side pockets, and it took about 20 minutes to assembly. Hope this helps in your search for a sleeper chair. ... show more
