This is not an adult vanity. It is sized for a little girls room. The vanity is very small and the pictures are deceiving. There is a price to return it also, so beware before you assemble it and see that it’s small.

A lot of parts came with this and so came the saw dust from the wood cut so be prepared to clean after you’re exhausted from putting it together. My wife and I have out a lot of things together and be it that we aren’t extremely wealthy, and we don’t want to ride to ikea miles and miles away, we had this delivered as a birthday gift for our daughter. Now don’t get me wrong, three stars?! Well, that’s for the smile and joy and how good it actually looks after it’s done. But the parts and pieces that is used to build it, well they’re cheap and easy to break or splinter. So be careful. Follow the directions but be even more resourceful and make sure you have your own tools. They come with a mini set and if you’re American or have bigger hands like me, you’ll have cramps or issues in no time. It says not to use a drill, but come on… it’s faster and if you know how to use a drill then you’re safe. Just use caution because the wood is cheap and too much pressure or turning that screw too much will cause the wood to break. That also means the woods pops upward because it is cheap. And I think it’s the step lower than composite wood with a layer of glued coating for the color pink. This took my wife and I two days and a total of 7 hours to build. Now again, we build a lot of our furniture and we built our bed with drawers and a head board from the box in less than three hours. So that should speak to this vanity that is for a little girl between 6-11 years old. The stool it came with is an absolute joke and impossible to finish with the tools and even a drill to complete. So we built the frame but the seat cushion is barely better than wood and so we bought a comfy cushioned stool for my daughter instead and tbh I don’t even know where we put this vanities stool at. Either way, my daughter is 4’6 and 9 years old and the stool it came with is much too small. So if your child is smaller or younger, they wouldn’t even see themselves in the mirror. Save your money unless you can handle the challenge and use your own tools and buy another stool. Hope this helps. Look at the pictures and remember the STOOL was not the same stool it came with. ... show more
