Love this product because it is soft yet pliable. use a little on the tips of your fingers, probably 1/8-1/2 teaspoon depending on hair volume. smear on all fingers to apply dab at hair to start then go to the roots and finish at the bangs or front with the residues so you don't get too much there. we have lots of wind here some times and this will let your hair blow and you can put it right back and it stays looking great. Avoid Helmet hairspray head use this instead! lol! this will last at least 2-3months used on short hair and used daily. maybe even longer depending on amount and frequency of application. and it doesn't have a heavy order at all! ... show more

I'll preface this by saying I am a guy with short hair. I have used this product on and off for a few years. Everything else I have tried either makes my hair crunchy or dries out my scalp. This is very light, smells good, and holds my hair nicely without any shine. The texture is almost like a whipped butter. It smells a bit like playdough, but I get a stronger Vanilla scent which is my favorite. This has always been a pretty expensive hair clay no matter where you purchase it, however I think it's worth shelling out a few extra dollars for this. No matter how nicely and easily this spreads, do not put this on your toast. You’re going to be disappointed with both the taste and texture, and the company that makes it is not responsible for what comes out the other end or how it makes you feel. Take it from me and just use butter. It’s great in my hair though. Short length styles nicely and the hold is solid for the whole day with a natural looking finish. This product was recommended to me by my stylist years ago. I've been using it ever since. The smell if this may be a little off putting, but it smells like wet stucco. It holds as promised. I love it!

My hair looks dope(as usual), but smell is a little off. It is only a faint smell, so I don't think many people would be able to smell it unless they are smelling your head for some odd reason. Even so, I feel weird with its smell, kinda like baby powder or wet cement. This product will definitely get you some babes tho(or dudes if you're into that). ... show more
