The shampoo itself is wonderful. Really cleanses your hair great. Totally disappointed in the shipping. My first order I received an empty package. Second order the lid was off the top of the bottle and I received a package full of shampoo. This is a decent shampoo but as a clarifying shampoo it did not leave my hair squeaky clean as I would have expected. It has almost a jelly like texture and does lather up well but you'll have to add a bit of water as you work it into your hair. It somehow did not make me feel like it rinsed clean.
