I am preparing my body for my first pregnancy and decided to take this test to get a snapshot of my health at its current state. I have never taken an intolerance test before, but the process for this test was very simple and straight forward. There were slight issues with the return address, and so it took about 15 days to receive my results. However, the results were very insightful into key factors that can lead to inflammation in my body. Upon registering my kit, I paid for the additional packages to look at additional health factors. This test was super easy to do with just sending some hair to their lab. The results took a couple weeks, but they were so enlightening! I wish I would have bought this test sooner. Most of the things I eat everyday I'm intolerant to, which explains a sore throat that has plagued me for 2 years. The reviews are super hard to understand until you have went thru the process. Let me make it simpler in my opinion.... if you could know that egg whites could be irritating your body and possibly worsening a skin issue, whould you want to know!? For me its a YES!!! I definitely wanted to know what am I eating that could be irritating my body/skin. This test was perfect for me. Its not an exact end to all my problems, but a start of a new journey. I think the test can be some what accurate but with the results I got back said I was intolerant to a lot of things I eat daily and never experienced any type of issues it also said i was good to eat dairy no problem (which is the main reason i took the test to see my dairy tolerance results) so when I consumed dairy i have the same issues i was having before i took the test so that’s why i feel like it’s lowkey bs, i’d recommend getting tested at the doctors for more accurate results.
