This thing has seriously been a lifesaver for me on my fitness journey. I've had some not-so-great experiences with tracking in the past (one might say I have tracking trauma from a few past EDs and very unhealthy uses of MyFitnessPal), and Vessel has made monitoring my diet a lot more manageable to ease back into. The whole pee-on-the-card routine might sound a bit out there, but it's honestly the least intrusive health check I've ever done. Scan it with the app, and bingo, you've got your wellness score. I'm already on the fitness tracking train with a Whoop for my movement, so having both my Vessel data and my Whoop data tells me everything I need to know about how I'm generally doing.     • i never thought i'd be so excited to pee on a stick!

when i saw what this was, i was really excited to see what it had to offer-all from the comfort of my home! nothing to mail in to a lab, or anything like that...all of the answers are on the stick and in the app! i have been dealing with some issues that leave me wondering if i have a vitamin deficiency or something like that, and i was grateful to get some of those questions answered. i also have a difficult time staying hydrated, and it's nice to have this to be able to tell me if i need to work on it. they are incredibly easy to use, but unfortunately only available for ios right now. i wish there were more tests in the kit, because i really won't be able to afford keeping up with this...but i would love to be able to! bravo to Vessel for offering this! ... show more

Did you ever have a home test strip that came with a color chart to interpret the results and the colors don’t seem to correlate? This set of tests solves that… and it provides multiple tests types on a single card. Simply pee on the card and then scan the results with the free app on your phone. The app gives the test results and makes recommendations to improve. The process is easier, faster and more private than going to a lab. Be aware though the product description says iOS only, the enclosed packet says the app is also available for Android. (See pic) I could only test iOS and can not say if there is an Android app available or not.     • Great way to monitor your nutrition from home!

When I ordered this I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. However, after using it I'm highly impressed! This is a great way to test for nutrients that your body is missing right from your home, and it only takes a few minutes! Once the test is complete you scan it with your phone and they give you a breakdown of exactly what you're body seems to be missing and grades it. The app then gives you tips and information on your results and how you can improve your health. It will even create custom vitamins for you, and provides a way for you to talk to a nutritionist for help or just to ask a question, if you like. For all the info it gives you, I believe it's decently priced at $25 a test. You'd pay more than that and it'd take a lot longer if you went to see a doctor to get the same results ... show more

Tried this on a whim as I've been taking vitamins and supplements lately and I wanted to better understand whether I am getting enough or too much of given vitamins and minerals. Was simple to do the test and results are ready in about 3 min. You can see the results I got in the app in the photo - it generates a report and the diagram shows what impact each element has on your health and can set specific goals around each health category which I thought was a great idea. For an extra cost you can also chat with a nutritionist about your results. Pretty cool overall and I'd love to have more at home monitoring tools like this! First this is 100% unbiased review. I used real money to pay for one test strip. You download an app, set up an account follow the instructions in the app. I've since tried to delete the account because this just won't be somethinf I'm interested in using further. I found absolutely no way to do that. It's recommended to urinate in a cup vs holding but does say you can hold it. Then you dip the test strip in the urine for 1 second. Yes, the video says count one one thousand and remove. Then you wait 3 min while a video plays. Then you have to align an image on your phone with the stick to scan it. That was very difficult because it won't line up properly. Then it says it's being read and gives results and instructions in how to continue on using the service and app. Mine showed I was only slightly dehydrated and 5 % testing bettwr than others. I'm not convinced this is an accurate detector at all. I used it on an android phone. ... show more

This product was very easy. I downloaded the vessel app on my android, urinate on the end of the test strip, wait a few minutes, the scan it into the app. The app guides you step by step and even imbeds the needed timers into each instruction, so it is fairly fool proof. It does require a smart phone, but it gives a ton of extra advice, feedback, and even 1:1 nutrition consults. I'm pretty impressed by the set up. You don't get as many results/factors as a true medical screen, but it is helpful for those trying to balance hydration and nutrition between doctor visits/in conjuction with doctors advice.
