This is really cool, it works well (there are some calibration hurdles). You can play drums or guitar in either the app by Aeroband or directly in garage band if you have iOS. The haptic feedback really helps you know when it receives your drum hit and overall makes for a realistic experience. Tired of that drummer in your life being too noisy? This is an ok product, however two issues are noted: 1) the latency of the product can become an issue, if playing extremely fast, and 2) the overall sensitivity of the pedals makes it totally unforgiving. What this means is that you have to play EXACTLY as programed with little variation. Having played for over a half of a century, I'll stick with the real thing. Even with massive adjustments, my slight twitches became strikes, making me frustrated and NOT wanting to drum! This might work for expert professional drummers, but for the casual garage band dude, no way. ... show more

I LOVE the idea of this! Also, the sticks feel good. But the latency is killer. The locations of the drums are not ideal, but manageable. BUT the sticks constantly misfire and need perpetual recalibration. I sadly returned mine but will wait for the next version or someone else to make one that works. What a gas they would be on the road and for practice. Lots of potential! ... show more

Awesome! I had the first Aerodrum, and while it was fun, it definitely left a lot to be desired. There were some latency issues that were hard to get around as a drummer (felt more like RockBand). These issues are gone! The sticks themselves are lighter, and they are much more responsive. The included foot/guitar sensors are a huge plus as well! ... show more

It’s a great concept. But it’s definitely not like the real thing. It’s a great gift for a middle schooler. A 10 year old had easy using it setting it up and was impressed by it and able to practice for her school band. But the adults were not. It’s basically a toy now for my youngest niece to play on it sound quality is good missed a few times. But the price of what it is listed as I would save your money! ... show more

I couldn't stand the lag and having to move my arms unnaturally to make them strike right. Very dissatisfied and returned them. I would have given a 1 star but realize that there may be a small percentage of people who would actually like them.
