bought this for my son, who not only has back issues, but also has sleep apnea, and he loves it. We've tried other pillow systems, which were uncomfortable and he would just slide off of them, and he really gets good sleep with this one. Will buy again, when needed.

This is a very good quality product, great support, nice cover that comes with it and it does not make you hot like some people have asked on here. Personally, my main purpose for buying it was to use while lying on my side. as it shows in one of their pictures. It only worked so-so for me in that way, but that was only because I think your torso needs to be within a certain length range to line up properly in the groove, there are so many different body types. I was going to return to try another but was reluctant because I thought it was so nice. Well, last night I flipped it over to the other side, the flat side.....it worked very well for me, I just added a thing pillow for my head. I'm keeping it now. I like this item. It does what it is supposed to do. It is just a little to hard. I sleep on it most of the night. About 2 hours before its time for me to get up a remove it from bed. I like that I was able to us my HSA for it. I think 50 bucks it what it should have cost.

This aeris Memory Foam Wedge Pillow is the real deal. It's very firm and does not lose it's shape or support as you rest on it. It's quite solid, not at all "squishy," and it conforms to the body just enough to be supportive and relaxing. The shape is versatile. Good for breathing, for back pain, leg elevation, or just lounging with a nice ebook. This is a well made product. I can't handle the squishy ones that turn into air after a couple hours. With this firm curved wedge pillow, you can trust that your body will be in alignment. I'm glad I did my research and spent a bit more money on something that truly lasts and does what it says it does. Didn’t work for me. I’m 5’4” and it feels like there’s no place for my head. I just keep slipping down all night and it’s not wide enough to rest my arms. I have a wedge pillow without curves that’s better for me. Didn’t work for my legs either. Too high.
