    • No Replacement Parts = Disposable Product
It functions great, you can mow through spaghetti on the floor easily, works fine on both hard floors and carpets. It's easy to use and the self-clean is excellent (with some amusing voice alerts). However, there are no spare parts for this. I've contacted the manufacturer directly to confirm this too. That's particularly odd considering it's clearly been designed with ease of maintenance in mind - particularly the removable battery on the back (why go to the trouble to design that then not sell spares...?). It's the brushes, filter and battery that will need to be replaced after probably a year or so (that timline is a guess, but surely somewhere close). Easy additional revenue for the manufacturer too... For the money, its certainly a 4 star product, maybe 5. But can't recommend higher due to the fact that at this point you may end up having to throw this out a lot sooner than you thought - which should not be acceptable for products such as this. I had in my mind that there would be a means to find spares, and maybe new sources will turn up in time. But Ive searched faily well and nothing has turned up. If they do, I will come back and edit this review and note down where to find them. ... show more

    • This thing is actually pretty great
I am quite pleased with the way it cleans the floor. It is a vacuum and a mop which is exactly what I wanted. I really wanted an iFloor, but didn't want to spend that much so I opted with this one and am pleasantly surprised. It has a good suction power for the vacuum and the roller brush spins fast enough to mop well. The one thing I wish is that it had to option to buy extra roller brushes and filters because you really have to clean the filter every time or it starts to stink. It is a time suck to clean because you have to scrub a bit to get the gunk off, and once you clean the filter it takes over 24 hours to dry. This ends up meaning that you can really only use it once a day. It came with 2 filters and one roller brush. If you don't do the self clean mode every time the roller brush will load up with dirt and then make streaks on the floor so the best way to deal with that is to clean it after each use and then take it out of the machine so it can dry a bit, but it doesn't have to be all the way dry so if you have a dry filter you can still use it.     • A lot of problems
I ordered this product in November of 2021 (its currently mid March) & when I got it I was super excited. The first time I used it I thought it was amazing. So easy to use & it cleaned my hard wood floor really well. The next time I used it the mop kept saying something and then shutting off. Come to find out it wasn’t sensing that the dirty water tank was inserted. This happens often so I’m not sure if it’s a sensor issue or if the water tank is just a tiny bit off when it clips into place. There have been numerous occasions where I’ve kept the mop on the charging docking station for a few days & then have loaded the mop up ready to clean the floor and the mop claims it’s not charged. This I found was the biggest issue that I’ve had with the mop. It is so frustrating when you go to clean and the mop that has been sitting on the charger says that the battery is dead. Just for reference I’ve had this mop for about 4 months now and have used it maybe no more than 20 times. I have used it to mop and vacuum once, however I have animals and the fan on the mop was too powerful and kept blowing the animal fur away rather than sucking it up. I bought this product because I am pregnant and was previously using a traditional spin mop and I figured this mop would be way easier. To be fair, when it works it works well.     • Update Love it!!!!
It was great but after 5 months it started to make a loud noise and after a wile roll stopped spinning. Contacted Amazon and got a refund! I’m going buy the same one again to give it a second try since I loved it. I had a bissell crosswave that the battery stoped charging after 1 and 1/2 of use. I love the concept of vacuuming and mopping at the same time. Bought the acekool 3 months ago and it works a lot better then the crosswave! The auto Cleane is amazing! Told all my friends how happy I’m with my acekool vacuum mop system. Would buy it all over. The only think that can be improved is the base connection, it is a little difficult to place and remove the device from the base. I totally recommend this vacuum/ mop! ... show more

Overall I fell in love with it. Used it to clean up all of my dog’s hair while getting my floors cleaned. But when I try to order some more of the rollers, the company do not make them. So make sure you know you can buy replacement parts before you buy, otherwise the product is worthless.

    • Sensor problems
I had this vacuum for a bit over a month and things were ok. Used it on my hardwood floors and my rug and it worked fine. Love the self clean mode and the timer that tells how long machine has been in use. Unfortunately, the vacuum had an error in the sensor for the clean water container and kept saying "please fill up with clean water" however the container was full. I emptied the container and refilled it, turned off and back on etc with no resolve. I ended up returning it. It was easy to return and happy with customer service. Won't buy thus brand again though.     • BEST PRODUCT of 2022!!!!
I was not expecting to fall in love with a vacuum, however this machine is amazing! I have health problems and mopping has become the hardest chore for me. This vacuum is so lightweight I can lift it with one hand. The suction is beyond belief, I think liftedstains from the 50s were lifted off my floors. The arthritis in my back and hands did not flare up while using this. The vacuum glided around corners, chairs, tables. With no effort i moved from hardwood floor to laminate floor to carpet. I did not have to stop and rest every 15 minutes because the machine is so lightweight. I will never own another vacuum except this one. Everything that is advertised about this product is true. This is truly the Best Purchase of 2022. Get one, you will not regret it. ... show more
