I needed a personal AC for my rather large 2nd floor bedroom. I love in an older home and my room is farthest from the central air unit, so gets very little cooling from the main ac of our house. I've tried 2 other AC units, but it never really gets it cool enough (I need it COLD to sleep (night hot flashes). This one wins!!!! I live in a 1400 sqf duplex that has an upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs houses the bedrooms. It stays about 5 degrees warmer upstairs even if I have all the upstairs vents open and the downstairs vents closed. I installed this in my bedroom to keep me cool at night without having to cool the entire duplex. So far it works like a charm. Sound is minimal and does not wake me up at night. Lots of options to fiddle with and figure out (manuals do not explain each function clearly). Overall worth the money I spent. Plus I assume I will save some on my electric bill not cooling the entire home at night. We have temps up into the hundreds with 80% humidity during the summer so this will work out well for me. ... show more

blows very cold,for smaller unit it works great..but shop around sellers,could find cheaper..just pay attention to shipping charges.BAD NEED REPEATER TO CHANGE WIFI SIGNAL FROM 5 TO 2 IN ORDER TO CONTROLL FROM FAR AWAY...

The unit works amazing and keeps my room very cool. I got the mobile app working but I can’t seem to get it to connect to the amazon Alexa. Kind of upsetting as this was one of the main reasons I chose this unit. Edit: The merchant reached out and provided excellent customer service and provided amazing assistance in explaining how to hook my air conditioner to Alexa and now my air conditioner work exactly as I expected.     • Blows WARM AIR into apartment - even on cool setting. So disappointed.
I’m genuinely confused on why these reviews are so good. I’ve had quite a few AC units in my past and was super excited about this one, however it is absolutely HORRIBLE. Blows WARM AIR even on the cool setting. I think it genuinely makes my apartment even more hot. I must’ve gotten a defective one or something. Unfortunately, I did not put the AC unit in right away, so I missed the return window. I have never been so disappointed with a product in my life. To be hot in your living space is so unfortunate. Needed a little more cooling in our bedroom and this does the job. It’s small and fairly quiet. Size was not exactly accurate. It is 16 inches wide. Almost made it a deal breaker for the window it was to go in, but we made it work

I bought this because of the size and the noise rating in particular. Unfortunately it is extremely loud on even the lowest settings. I don’t think the info they give is accurate. Just a big warning for anyone else out there comparing ‘quiet’ ACs. If I could send it back I would. It also came with a huge dent in the bottom. ... show more

Fan is loud unless it's on eco mode, which I would recommend if your using it while sleeping. Works well and cycles automatically which is great for the longevity of the unit. Remote works well and the ac works just as well.
